When I confronted her, she was extremely defensive and told me that most cleaning services in the industry worked that way. The only apology she gave me was that she was sorry I didn't understand how the industry works. There was no ownership or understanding of how the situation could have played out differently. After about 4 hours he was done, and our Italian tile, original with the house from 1977, looks brand new. The grout, once dark from dirt settling in, also looks brand new.
