I not only needed house cleaning but I needed help organizing. After 2 visits I can now find everything. I love opening my freezer. everything is so organized: meat shelf, bread, shelf etc.. I am partially blind & elderly & need help cleaning house, changing my bed linens & but arranges her schedule to be here to help me with my grocery order when my monthly Publix grocery order is delivered. She wipes all the items with antibacterial wipes before putting everything away. She already arranged my pantry so all of the same types of food are in rows which revealed I had multiple cans of the same food because I didn't know what I already had when I shopped. Tracy also brings all of her antibacterial cleaning supplies as well as a supper amazing vacuuming tool & her own mops & buckets. Frankly, I was astonished how full the vacuum container was after vacuuming all over my den, including 7 windows. Tracy tells me she is interested in expanding her business so I know all of her staff will be well trained to provide above average house cleaning and organizing services.

In the end, I paid $315 for a cleaning I could have easily done myself and I opted out of all extras. They clearly did not clean the windows of my back door or scrub any tight space. Additionally, when we drove up to our home the trash they collected was all over my yard because they did not close the trash bag. They even lied to the attorney general and started that they were working on getting the business straightened out with the Secretary of State. Well over a month later and still not a legal business. If I could give zero stars I would. This was the most unprofessional crew I've ever dealt with…read moreafter 3 cross country military moves. They were contracted by military so unfortunately i did not select them. Had i read reviews first, i would've requested a different storage and delivery crew. Please note that if you are military, you do have the right to request a different moving agent. You DO NOT have to go through what i went through with this company. If you read this review before you receive or pack your HHG, please request a change. They showed up at 11am to unload 15k pounds worth of belongings. They busted each others chops the entire time, we're rude to each other. One individual was obviously high or strung out on something. Another individual kept making comments to myself that made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. They were careless with our belongings and dropped multiple high value items and also jammed the truck so tightly packed that many things were broken or damaged just from the ride to our home from storage. they didn't listen to me when i told them where things went. We have boxes scattered all over our house that don't belong there such as boxes labeled garage tools sitting in our master bedroom. They then decided at around 7pm that they would just unload the rest of the boxes in to our carport and call it a day again because they didn't show up until 11am. This is breach of contract with military. They have to unload boxes into a covered interior building per contract and they refused as there was no room because the best part... they initially showed up with an empty truck, they had driven the wrong truck an hour to our home and left the correct truck sitting at their warehouse, they had to bring the right truck with our furniture and that didn't show up until many hours later after they initially arrived. Furniture was brought in last which is incorrect, furniture should be brought in first. Put in place and assembled before boxes are unloaded into home, our moves have always gone this way, it's common sense. They then flat out refused to work. The driver, Steve, was rude and unprofessional telling me what his team will and won't do when i have a contract in my hand telling me what they're supposed to be doing and they didn't do it. He was condescending acting as if i was being unreasonable. It's not my role to tell him and his team how to do their jobs. They should show up to work, take pride in work, be respectful and then do the damn job they're being paid to do. They didn't have an unpack team, which they were supposed to do they said oh they will come tomorrow. When the unpack team showed up, they were equally rude and unprofessional. They began dumping boxes everywhere... including our apple desktop, just dumped on our bed and cracked because it was screen down on top of hangers. They accidentally knocked over our tv resulting in it breaking. They came in to assemble furniture and had no idea how to do their jobs... we sent them home because it was so awful. Our stuff is damaged, we've had three days of awful unpacking and now we're waiting for a new company to come help us get the remaining boxes off the carport and brought into our home. I'm flabbergasted that this company still has a military contract. I'll be doing my part to ensure no service member or family of a service member has to deal with this company again.

Well, I have tons of dog finger nail indents and when I called to get it fixed the first girl told me to use bona mop refinish(uhm that's not going to keep this from happening) and the second time I called, I'm told there is no finish to keep hard wood floors from being indented by my dog.
