I received the very reasonable quote within 3 days along with the drawings of our new proposed closet. She had listened to everything I had said about our needs and it was all included in the proposal! Then, it was all built in their shop in Wilmington--all local work and artisans. Three weeks late(when I could schedule it) John and Bruce arrived at my house at 11:30 am. ON TIME! I asked how long it would take for them to finish and John said they would be done around 4 pm. They were quick, efficient and very professional. My closet was installed, they showed me how to adjust the shelves, and they cleaned up the area. They pulled out of my driveway at 4:06! WOW! My closet is functional, beautiful and meets our needs perfectly. I have had many renovations done in my house; this was, by far, the best experience I have had. Highly recommend them!

I called All That Junk Via a google search and was told that they would text me a quote. They quoted me $1.000 for the pile removal and that it would be a week before they got to it. I did another google search and found another company within minutes that quoted me $200 to take it to the dump. $800 gap in quotes for the same pile of concrete! If All That Junk didn't want to do the job they should have just said that. If I was an unsuspecting person that had no experience with this they would have taken full advantage of them. Andre came and spoke to us in person which is a lovely change of pace since most are a faceless voice over the phone. Our move to Durham was done quickly and efficiently.
