Not only did we fail inspection from our property manager but we had to pay to have it redone out of our security deposit. She gave us the same reply that she gives everyone. "Your house was exceptionally dirty " the house was empty and didn't even look lie it was touched. There was even still a stain on our carpet. So much for a carpet clean. Our stove window was filthy. She said that they "couldn't get it clean." Five dollars and some easy off later, I had it clean in five minutes. Beware of this business. I filed a complaint with the Sheriff and Attorney General. They are not even a legal business in NC. That's probably why she wouldn't give me the companies insurance or bond information that is stated on the business cards. They even lied to the attorney general and started that they were working on getting the business straightened out with the Secretary of State. Well over a month later and still not a legal business. So be sure to check out any businesses that you are thinking of hiring. I'm sure that they will leave another "canned" response. Where's the proof you say that you have??? This is basically your standard "canned" response. As of today 9/4/2023 you are still not a legal LLC business in NC. I believe in Karma

They wanted to charge me $75 extra for "excessive dog hair", when in reality there was nothing excessive about it (or they would have take the full 4hrs to clean my home). Additionally, the wanted to charge me another $75 to clean my couch. While I realize couch cleaning was not on their list of services they would provide, $75 is absurd. In the end, I paid $315 for a cleaning I could have easily done myself and I opted out of all extras. They clearly did not clean the windows of my back door or scrub any tight space. Additionally, when we drove up to our home the trash they collected was all over my yard because they did not close the trash bag. For $315 and leaving an hour early, you'd think my house would be practically spotless...
