I am glad to be able to give OCD Cleaning and Organizing 5 stars. I have had house cleaners before…read morebut OCD Cleaning and Organizing is the first service I wanted to write a review for. I not only needed house cleaning but I needed help organizing. After 2 visits I can now find everything. I love opening my freezer. everything is so organized: meat shelf, bread, shelf etc.. I am partially blind & elderly & need help cleaning house, changing my bed linens & but arranges her schedule to be here to help me with my grocery order when my monthly Publix grocery order is delivered. She wipes all the items with antibacterial wipes before putting everything away. She already arranged my pantry so all of the same types of food are in rows which revealed I had multiple cans of the same food because I didn't know what I already had when I shopped. Tracy also brings all of her antibacterial cleaning supplies as well as a supper amazing vacuuming tool & her own mops & buckets. Frankly, I was astonished how full the vacuum container was after vacuuming all over my den, including 7 windows. Tracy tells me she is interested in expanding her business so I know all of her staff will be well trained to provide above average house cleaning and organizing services.

I don't typically leave reviews like this, but I feel like people need to be warned. Dana and her…read morehusband came out for a free estimate and they were the nicest at that time. Even though the estimate was quite a bit more than we expected we hired them bc we needed a good clean for pictures that Thursday. So Dana and her crew from Pristine Clean cleaned our home on Memorial Day. When I first saw it, it smelled great and thought it was all good until it wasn't. The very next day I reached out with concerns about several things that were clearly left undone -- including the baseboards she specifically promised would be cleaned. Dana was very apologetic and offered to come back out, but by then, I had already spent hours cleaning it myself -- something I absolutely shouldn't have had to do after paying $1,150 for what was supposed to be a deep, top-tier, "WOW" clean. I didn't even take pictures at first because I'm not the type to go online and bash a business -- I truly tried to give her a chance to make it right. We spoke again on Thursday of that week, and she agreed to issue a very partial refund. I appreciated that gesture, accepted just to close things out with her and then I waited patiently... but it's now been over a week, and she has gone completely silent. No replies to messages, no refund -- nothing. My husband and I have both sent Venmo requests and reminders, and she's ignored them all. At this point, I feel taken advantage of. For that price, there should have been nothing left for me to clean, and yet I was up until the early hours of the morning scrubbing baseboards and wiping down surfaces that should've already been done. The only real "wow" factor was the light fixtures -- seriously they were the one thing that looked like it got the attention to detail. Dana's lack of follow-through and communication is beyond unprofessional. There is nothing "Pristine" about Pristine Clean right now. I was more than fair and patient, and she still chose to ignore her commitment. Do not waste your money -- you deserve better service and basic honesty.

Everything was not only clean but orderly. Very detailed cleaning not just surface level. Pricing: Very reasonable compared to other local quotes I received. I believe she was true to her word of being detail oriented and that I would be happy with the service. Very happy to be able to pay with a card not have to use cash/check. Recommendation: Yes!
