This was my first time hiring a cleaning service and I'm so glad I picked Daiany. She was very easy to communicate with, and even sent me a reminder text the day before the cleaning appointment to confirm. When they arrived at the house I gave them a quick tour, we asked each other questions about the cleaning, and then they got started. I was working from home upstairs and they worked independently throughout the house but I would walk around once in a while to check-in just in case they had any questions. They did such an incredible job and cleaned the whole house in about 2 hours. If I had tried to do it on my own it would've taken me 2 whole days! So they really saved me a lot of time! And I was also really impressed with the quality of the cleaning, especially on the glass doors of the showers because I know those can be difficult to clean and I always struggle with doing that on my own. They did an absolutely amazing job and were very efficient and thorough with cleaning everything-- bathrooms, bedrooms, laundry room, loft, kitchen, family room etc. The whole house was sparkling by the time they finished, I was so happy! Have never hired a cleaner before but really needed some help because we been very busy doing foster care and things were so hectic that I could not find time to clean. We used Yelp to request a quote and they sent it out to several people. We ended up choosing Daiany because her response was fast and she quoted us right away. Others wanted to do a walk through before quoting and it just seemed like a hassle. We agreed on a flat rate for 6 hrs of work. Scheduling a time was easy and she confirmed the day before. Daiany got here in the morning and I gave her a tour of the house which is pretty small, 1 bath and 3 small rooms. Her English is pretty good and we used a translate app for more complex communication. But for the most part I got out of her way and just let her get to work! She did a deep clean of everything, cleaning in the corner, behind and under everything. She does not organize inside drawers or cabinets which I understand. But as far a dust, grease, dirt, they didn't stand a chance, lol! She did make beds, do some dishes and basic straightening out of items on counter tops, picked up toys and couch pillows and even hang up a small pile of clothes for me. Pricing was superb for the quality. She is also very friendly. She brought all her own supplies. House smelled great and felt great when she was done. Would highly recommend! read more
