Daiany is great! She's honestly short of a miracle worker! After a tenant left a newly remodeled unit in a pretty awful state, I was concerned it'd be impossible to get it back to the way it was. As someone who is fairly meticulous and a bit of a germaphobe, I chose Daiany because I thought her work on Yelp spoke for itself. She was my first pick, and I'm so glad she was able to help me. With pretty short notice, Daiany was able to provide a quote, answer my questions, and get me scheduled. She was super responsive and thorough when communicating before and after our time together. On the day of, she messaged me her ETA and arrived right on time. She and her team member helped return a unit that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in at least a year to a nearly new state. The floors were made spotless, cabinets were unstickified, blinds were cleaned, oil stains were removed from the kitchen, colorful mold was removed from the shower walls and floor, etc. I was genuinely amazed that they were able to clean the shower as well as they did! They far exceeded my expectations. There were a few small things missed toward the end of a fairly long cleaning session, and Daiany was more than happy to address any remaining issues, which was sincerely appreciated. I haven't had too many move-out cleanings performed, but Daiany has been the best, and I plan to use her for any cleanings I need moving forward. If you're looking for a responsive, pleasant, and super thorough cleaning business, I highly recommend Cleaning By Daiany. read more

Daiany did a great job! Great communication and left the apartment looking amazing! 10/10 recommend

If I could give more stars I would! Daiany and her helper did an exceptional job in our home. They were incredibly detailed and I have never seen our furniture or space look more spotless than it did when they finished. She has really perfected her process and equipment, and the floors were so clean we were afraid to walk anywhere and ruin it! On top of that, the communication and accommodation for a date was amazing. She was on top of it, sent an ETA, and arrived promptly. Overall we are very happy and will be arranging future cleanings with her! read more

Daiany and her team are fantastic. I had a house cleaner of 5 years and when he suddenly had to retire I was on the hunt for a reliable, trusted, replacement. Daiany showed up right away with her team member, was incredibly professional and put me at ease. I had to work from home that day, and they were incredibly quiet and conscious of me being on calls as I tried to get out of their way. My home was left clean and comfortable as if nothing had changed from my previous beloved cleaner. I would highly recommend her and her team without hesitation. read more

Daiany has been cleaning our home monthly for about 4 months now and we're really happy! We requested a deep clean to start, which was worth every penny. Even the floor under our bed was sparkling clean. Scheduling is easy. She has great attention to detail. We've had other cleaners put floor mats and trash cans back in the wrong place but Daiany always makes sure things are left exactly where they belong. Highly recommend! read more

I have been looking for a housecleaning service for awhile now and have tried a few. The ones that I have tried before Cleaning by Daiany performed satisfactorily but Daiany and and Diangra were absolutely spectacular. Exceeded my expectations. Scheduling with Daiany was easy. She was very responsive, answered all the questions I had, gave me a fair quote. They arrived on time, fully equipped and ready to go. This was my first cleaning with Cleaning by Daiany, I scheduled a deep cleaning. Upon their arrival, I walked her around my home, and explained what I needed. She took care of everything I asked for and went above and beyond. So detailed oriented!! My shower doors which were full of hard water stains were sparkling like they were brand new. The floors, window blinds, carpet were cleaned so well! They even folded the toilet paper and tissue box like you would find at a hotel....wow! I highly recommend Daiany, and I think I have found my permanent housecleaning service. Thank you, Daiany and Diangra!! read more

Their attention to detail was world class amazing. Was extremely impressed by their thoroughness and punctuality

This was my first time hiring a cleaning service and I'm so glad I picked Daiany. She was very easy to communicate with, and even sent me a reminder text the day before the cleaning appointment to confirm. When they arrived at the house I gave them a quick tour, we asked each other questions about the cleaning, and then they got started. I was working from home upstairs and they worked independently throughout the house but I would walk around once in a while to check-in just in case they had any questions. They did such an incredible job and cleaned the whole house in about 2 hours. If I had tried to do it on my own it would've taken me 2 whole days! So they really saved me a lot of time! And I was also really impressed with the quality of the cleaning, especially on the glass doors of the showers because I know those can be difficult to clean and I always struggle with doing that on my own. They did an absolutely amazing job and were very efficient and thorough with cleaning everything-- bathrooms, bedrooms, laundry room, loft, kitchen, family room etc. The whole house was sparkling by the time they finished, I was so happy! I would definitely recommend Daiany for anyone interested in high quality and professional home cleaning. Very excellent service! read more

She is prompt with inquiries and takes great pride in making sure you receive excellent service. She is professional and timely. Daiany left our home sparkling after our deep clean. Have never hired a cleaner before but really needed some help because we been very busy doing foster care and things were so hectic that I could not find time to clean. We used Yelp to request a quote and they sent it out to several people. We ended up choosing Daiany because her response was fast and she quoted us right away. Others wanted to do a walk through before quoting and it just seemed like a hassle. We agreed on a flat rate for 6 hrs of work. Scheduling a time was easy and she confirmed the day before. Daiany got here in the morning and I gave her a tour of the house which is pretty small, 1 bath and 3 small rooms. Her English is pretty good and we used a translate app for more complex communication. But for the most part I got out of her way and just let her get to work! She did a deep clean of everything, cleaning in the corner, behind and under everything. She does not organize inside drawers or cabinets which I understand. But as far a dust, grease, dirt, they didn't stand a chance, lol! She did make beds, do some dishes and basic straightening out of items on counter tops, picked up toys and couch pillows and even hang up a small pile of clothes for me. Pricing was superb for the quality. She is also very friendly. She brought all her own supplies. House smelled great and felt great when she was done. Would highly recommend! read more

I have hired cleaning companies in the past who have sent 2-3 people to do a cleaning at my house and not once has my house sparkled like it does today! My friend recommended Daiany to us and I must say her professionalism and punctuality is beyond impressive. She is very responsive when messaging which helps with scheduling. When she arrived I did not need to give her much direction, just showed her around the house and let her do her work. I was a housekeeper for awhile and know where to look to determine if a job is done well and I have never been more impressed. Little details such as folding towels and the toilet paper made this cleaning feel special. The house smells amazing after. She even cleaned under our bed which no other company thought to do. We will definitely ask for her help in the future! If you get anything from this review, know you will not be disappointed in her work!!! So amazing read more

DO NOT SLEEP on Dai. She is so incredibly good. She cleaned our house for over a year. We have a brand new baby and she was the sweetest, most loving, most considerate cleaner -- then totally unnecessarily got us a present and a card for when our baby girl was born!
