I'm spending quality time with one of my best friends- Mellie. We know each other from high school, but the important things is that we keep in touch even after many years. Mellie is a sensible and supportive friend, she has never been bad or rude to me. I'm familiar with the fact that If you want a good friend, you should be one. Just keep your promises, be dependable and apologize if you have made a mistake. Your honesty, loyalty and good attitude will create a friendship that will last many years. You know the famous saying " Friends are kisses blown to us by angels". In addition to it I can say that friends can be not only the kisses, but the angles that always support us.Two weeks ago Milie invited me for a couple of days at her house. The last night we had a big party. Actually her parents went on holiday in Austria and are going to stay there till Friday. On the other side, my parents promised to take care after my doggy Mufasa ( I've mentioned in one of my previous reviews that Mufasa is my beloved pet. Most of my close friends know that my previous dog was named after Simba's mother - Sarabi. So as you can understand.. I'm a big fan of "The lion king" ;) A domestic cleaning service was booked for today. The specialists were punctual, at 8 a.m they were ready to clean the created mess during the last night. The carpet was covered by spots and spilled drinks. I have no idea how it is possible to find spots, made of tomatoes, pizza, fuzzy drinks and soy sauce on one square meter. For an hour and a half, the two employees managed to clean everything- the bathroom was spotless, the kitchen and the living room were clean and fresh. Overall- the cleaning process was fast and satisfying. I've noticed that both of the cleaning ladies are friendly and cheerful. It is not easy to be a good employee and I admire their motivation and devotion. One of them- Amber, was a dog owner and we discussed the breeds, the flea and tick treatments etc. Its nice to meet people that are interested in things that you are. I think most of the people who like animals are caring, warm-hearted and polite. For lunch we are planning to go to one cosy restaurant in the area. Mellie is starving, so do I. I just can't wait to have a sip from a steamy coffee or hot green tea and to try a perfectly-cooked meal. We've just discussed with Mellie that some people dream of success, but the hired cleaners knew exactly what to do in order to achieve it. Their hard work is appreciated for a reason. If I am an owner of a cleaning company, I will be happy to work with diligent and obstinate employees like Amber and Lucy. read more

I am very happy that I booked those guys and to show my gratitude I thought I'd compliment them here, on Yelp. My work has been piling on through the past few weeks and on top of that, the hoover was broken. At least I used to turn it on every now and then but our place hasn't seen a proper clean ever since. I know that's not a valid excuse but my situation was tight. I contacted the company and got connected to a guy named Harry. His words were friendly and his advice - the best for my situation. He helped me so much and after several minutes with him I was booked. A team of two ladies arrived for the one-off clean. After introducing themselves and checking with me what they were supposed to do, they started working. I was impressed by their speed, both of them were obviously at the job for some time and knew their way around it. They were team players and divided the tasks among themselves for a more efficient service. I saw the effect of that when one of them was cleaning the windows while the other handled the carpets. Room by room, the job was finished in 3.5 hours. They had even moved the armchairs and sofa around to clean under them - I guess those were some strong ladies. They had also paid attention to my special request to remove all the limescale from the shower cabin's tap - it was shining when I checked it. Every corner was hoovered and dusted and they even asked me if I wanted them to change the bedsheets as there was some time left on the clock. I appreciate all the work that's been done and thank them both for it. Thanks to them I managed to finish my project on time without worrying about the housework. We have a lot of windows at our flat and there's sunshine coming in trough the whole day. The place is bright, but there's a lot of work needed to keep the glass clear - every fingerprint and dust is visible on direct sunlight. I called these guys to book a window cleaning session with them, but I had to wait for about a minute until I got connected to their agent. He was friendly and walked me through their work process. When we finished up with my preferences and here comes my frustration - how could you expect me to organize a parking spot for you when I'm not even a driver. I don't think that should have been my responsibility, but I managed to pull something off. It's not even about the money, I use only the tube and don't have a parking place. The cleaner got his spot but that is my main reason to lower my rating by one star - I just don't agree that it should be a part of the service. The technician was punctual and came on time. I believe his name was Jiko and he was the perfect gentleman - clean-shaved, polite, sleeves rolled-up, all ready to work. His performance was outstanding - every edge of the window frames was wiped along with every single corner and curve on them. The glass was trickier and he applied a few consistent methods to make it as clear as there was nothing inside the frames. I hope you keep a record on your bookings as I would like to book this very same cleaner if I need. Despite the fuss with the parking, I would use you again because I saw what your guy was capable of. read more

I used them on the basis of a recommendation of a female colleague at work. Now, perhaps she got a different team of cleaners at her place, but I can tell you my problem with this company in two words: bad English. Now, I'm not saying they didn't do the cleaning well, or that they didn't know enough English to say "hello" and "how's it going" and so on, but I think that people should be aware when booking this cleaning company that at least some of the services will be provided by eastern Europeans. Again, the cleaning was good, very good even - I've got no complaints on that score. I hired them for cleaning my home and a clean home is what I did get. But with the exception of the supervisor/ team leader woman, the other two couldn't hold a proper conversation to save their lives. Maybe that's not important for professional cleaners, and I didn't so much need to tell them anything as find it a bit weird to have people in the house I couldn't communicate with. My colleague at work didn't say anything about this, so perhaps it was just a fluke, or perhaps it's just me. As a final score, I'd give them three out of five stars. read more

Once a week we have gatherings with my best friends. We are usually at home, doing some girly things- we do our make up, change our hairstyles, polish our nails, try on different outfits, talk about tv shows, news and clothes. The last time Eleanor invited us in her flat.I was pretty excited, because her flat is a cosy one. I helped Eleanor to dye her hair in a darker colour, she just decided that her present colour is not so fashionable any more. Also we tried several procedures and treatments, but some of them were not so successful. We spilled a lot of pink water, when we were trying to colour the ends of our hair in a casserole with boiling water full with something like a Kool- Aid powder. After our gathering had finished, we contacted the cleaners, because nobody had time to clean the mess. The service was good but expensive. The money were split among us, we couldn't pay with a card. I booked a whole house cleaning at this company and was generally satisfied with the result. I have a 2 bedroom apartment and mentioned it over the phone. However upon arrival of the cleaners I was a bit surprised, because there were just two of them and asked them how were they supposed to clean everything in just a few hours. These guys proved me wrong. They made my house spotless and fresh-smelling in just three and a half hours. My only complain is that they missed some of the spills behind my cooker.
