They may be cheaper than other companies but be warned... using this company is not worth the savings. After being over 5 hours late they (unapologetically) did show up and do the job. They were rude to the family member who let them in and made her feel very uncomfortable. The cleaning job itself was not a 'deep clean', pretty poor really. However, they were so careless they splashed cleaning products over the oak worktop and left it on the surface. This badly damaged the worktop, leaving chemicals burns/marks all over it. What was perhaps more upsetting was the response from the office upon reporting the issue, saying they 'do not use products that can cause damage' which clearly is a lie as the worktop was in perfect condition before they arrived (as I sanded and oiled in a few days prior for forthcoming tenants). Once this company has your money they simply do not care, I would advise anyone considering using them to not give money to such an awful group of people. It will now cost me more time and money to fix the damage they have made, a very frustrating experience. read more

Found this company on the web and stupidly booked it without checking reviews. On the face of it the quote was good, to clean my late mother's house to make it suitable for viewing. All the furniture had been removed which would obviously make the job easier, all this explained to the company including the need for a deep clean. I was very surprised that only one young lady arrived with a suitcase of equipment to do the job. She was surprised at the size of the house (even though I had explained the number of rooms very carefully when I booked the job and all those details appeared on the booking form). The cleaner had been told it was a 'small flat". There was a long conversation between the cleaner and her office and she confirmed it wasn't my fault and the clean would go ahead. I commented that I hoped they'd be paying her a bit more to which she smiled and agreed they were. She thought it would take 4 or 5 hours. I left her to it. 40 minutes later I receive a call from the company saying the job is bigger than I said and they wanted another £50 otherwise they would have their cleaner leave. They obviously wanted to make up the difference in the extra they were having to pay their cleaner having failed to con her. I said I would think about it although they pressed for me to pay immediately or they'd call the cleaner off. I wasn't on site at that time so jumped in my car and drove over. On arrival the cleaner was still working, I told her what had happened and she said they had called her for "before and after" pictures but that was all. She suggested that the company wanted to make up the extra money they were having to pay her. She seemed willing to keep working so I left her to it and went upstairs as she'd finished there. A few minutes later she called me and told me not to worry about the company, she would be finishing the job and it wasn't that bad. I then went into the garage to tidy up there and a few minutes later heard a the trundle of a suitcase going along the pavement, looking up I saw the cleaner walking away with her equipment I called after her and asked her if she had finished, she said the company had called her off the job. Obviously at this stage there wasn't much I could do so I went back into the house the cleaning of which, unsurprisingly had not been completed. Now, the company can say what it wants about their reserving the right to increase the price if the job was bigger than detailed. In this case it was not, I was very clear about the need for a deep clean so not sure what their definition of a deep clean is. The house had been lived in by my mother who had a cleaner until a few months ago so how bad could it have been? Best avoided read more

This is the worst cleaning company - DO NOT USE. They charged me a large amount to do a 'deep clean' and left before the job was finished. The cleaners turned up without the products that they would need to clean with, left the loos still dirty and the windows black. I ended up having to finish it myself. When I contacted them to ask for some money back they have repeatedly ignored me. Do not use this company. read more

I had an absolutely horrific experience with this company. I had booked a deep clean 1.5 weeks in advance, had an email confirmation everything. Luckily, I followed up mid-afternoon the day before and after hearing nothing for an hour I received a call to say that my booking could not go ahead - I was given different reasons for this. The first was that the staff had fallen sick last minute, then I was told the equipment van had broken down. I was also asked if I could provide the equipment. One lady hung up the phone on me, another told me she would call me back and didn't. I absolutely would not recommend this company. Hi, Just to warn you that do not use deepcleanlondon. I had my carpet cleaned in June which resulted in carpet damage at two different places. The guy came and did his job but after 5 hours when we went upstairs to check how the cleaning was done, we saw that damage has been done at two different spots (four holes) in total. I immediately emailed them but they won't accept. We have exchanged couple of emails to no avail. So stay away. read more

The job was done for less than 3 hours (I find it fast), the quality was outstanding (every corner of the house was cleaned) and it's hourly payment so the faster they finish the lower price you will pay. Please don't waste your money! Such a rip off! Worst cleaning service I've ever had. I was really hoping for a good clean of the empty flat I was about to move into, there was no furniture, all they had to do was wipe inside the empty kitchen cupboards and a few empty wardrobes, clean the carpets, and windows, the only good thing was clean the bathroom sink, but none of the cupboards, or wardrobes or inside of the windows were cleaned, the carpet was supposed to be steam cleaned but it wasn't even vacuumed, just soaking wet. I had to spend many hours after moving in, cleaning it all myself, biggest waste of money I've ever spent. No wonder they haven't had any good reviews since 2012... read more
