Since posting the review below. A very good customer liaison person from Fantastic Services has been in touch to offer wholehearted apologies, full refund and gesture of recompense to my mum. This does not alter the service I received, but credit due to the customer services for trying to put it right, if a little late, and to the power of review services like these... I booked two cleaners for 3 1/2 hours to deep clean my mum's flat. I explained she was very elderly and the rooms were generally very clean but they needed cleaning in the corners behind cupboards et cetera. The cleaners arrived an hour early which was a big problem because I wasn't there and I'd planned to take my mum out before they got there so she wouldn't become distressed. Also, I wasn't there to instruct them and they began doing things which didn't need doing. They then tried to leave after only two hours despite me paying for 3 1/2. Even then they left early after three hours and when I came back, everything I'd ask them to do was still filthy. They've done some hoovering and some cleaning of areas which were already clean but had not even reached behind any of the furniture to clean the parts I'd specifically ask them to do. They refused to refund me even though they didn't do the full-time and definitely didn't provide the service I've asked for. I'm now in dispute using section 75 to get my money back. read more

AVOID FANTASTIC SERVICES - UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL Ref. #2507301222SYS This company has provided an appalling level of service. I booked a one time end of tenancy cleaning, and two hours before they are supposed to arrive to the property, they cancel the appointment, alleging that the wording and the options that I clicked on the website are incorrect. I requested a one time off service, and in the description window that follows up after clicking this option, I specified "end of tenancy cleaning". Apparently for FF an end of tenancy cleaning can happen multiple times on a regular basis. I did ask this question and they refuse to answer. Again, they canceled the service two hours before the appointment--a critical time given the nature of the booking. To make matters worse, I received three separate calls from their sales department, none of whom would answer any of my questions or assist with the issue. They ignored every follow-up inquiry and refused to provide even a basic explanation. Adding insult to injury, they now intend to charge me a cancellation fee, despite the fact that they canceled the service. This irresponsible behavior has left me in a serious bind. The new tenants move in tomorrow, and due to Fantastic Services' failure, the flat will not be cleaned as required. I now face potential financial penalties for not delivering the property in acceptable condition. I visit the website and there is no information, job doesnt show as cancelled. On 13.08.2025 Paid £284 for a bed bug treatment. Technician spent ~10 minutes in a 3-bedroom property, no results, infestation remained active. Company promised visible results within 6-10 days and a free second visit if activity continued. Instead, they refused responsibility and only offered £80 refund. Shocking experience with expensive end of tenancy clean - trust the reviews here, it seems there are many of us with similar experiences! I paid over £300 for an end of tenancy clean, waited in for two hours and the cleaner hadn't shown. When I called him, he said he was outside my property and I hadn't answered (but I was home) then that he was outside the station. Fantastic then offered to send someone the following day, and they too were two hours late! I've tried resolving this directly with their customer service team which just sent a mishmash of ChatGPT emails about how lucky I was to get a refund... would never use these guys again. AVOID! This company failed miserably to deliver the service we booked, repeatedly lied to us during and after the process, continually try to take money from our bank without authorisation and have been a total shambles - they even sent cleaners with a child in tow to our property - avoid at all costs!! I called to book a cleaning service for a house we were about to move into. The property had been vacant for a number of years and needed a thorough deep clean. The walls needed washing, too. I called to enquire whether the company could take on the job, fit us in and to ensure I was booking an appropriate service. I was advised wall-washing was not something they usually do but - as it was a necessary element for us, the rep I spoke to on the phone checked they could offer on this occassion and came back to tell me they could; so long as we accepted there could be damages. We booked the service along with a moving and packing service we were quoted for. The day of the clean, and the day before our decorators were due to arrive, the cleaners arrived 3 hours late with multiple lies about ETA in between as we tried to arrange smooth key collection. Two hours later, and 5 hours after our booking, they cancelled the job. Clearly they had not left themselves enough time to complete the job. The head office advised they would organise their best team to go the following morning at 8am - so long as we waivered a guarantee. Having spent hours on the phone at this point, we agreed. I had to delay my decorators to start their work later on the Sunday. At 8.30am the following day we were advised the keys had been collected and the clean was underway. At several other times during the day, we were told all was going well. Specifically, around 3.30 I called to check in how much longer they thought they would be. She advised she would call me back once she had spoken to the team. She called back and told me that it was going well, the team were working hard and they still had quite a lot of work to do and would phone me when they were 30minutes off finishing. Given the day before, we began to get a little suspicious and had to cancel our decorators. So we decided to go to the house. When we arrived, circa 4pm there was no sign of life. We called the office back and reached the same person. Whilst I was on hold she was unable to reach any of the cleaning team. We left the property and ten minutes later received a call back from her. She told us the team had been unable to hear us knocking due to the volume of the cleaning equipment but they were there now and had opened the front door whilst she was on the line. I was dubious; there had been no cleaning vans outside, no sound from inside, all lights had been off. But we went back. The front door was open; and two men were in the hallway. On my drive was a car with a shattered windowscreen, three people and a child. The men in the hallway were taking photos. The house was untouched. I asked when they had arrived and they advised that they had been there for 5-10 minutes maximum and were just taking pictures to send to their boss. I called the head office immediately; we had been repeatedly lied to and our keys passed around. There was also now a child on my property. They told me that the team who had collected my keys in the morning had rejected the job but hadn't properly notified them. At this point, we were due to move the following day with our young child. At 5pm with two days of this company on the job - nobody had lifted a finger to clean the house despite us being repeatedly told that it was underway!! The team began the clean whilst I was on the phone to the head office. They were evidently entirely unprepared for the work; posessing no professional equipment and only cloths and buckets. I watched as a mop bucket of water was (literally) thrown up the bathroom wall and then sponge wiped once. The child, who had been sat in the car, was also in the house. And this is not what I expected when I booked a professional cleaning company. I have no idea if the child was intended to be working at the property or not. I raised my concerns with the person on the end of the line and he told me I was not able to judge the work until it was finished and at that point if we were unhappy they would work on a resolution. At this point, after the most stressful 36hrs and about 12 hours away from our multi-chain house move beginning, we had little choice but to accept; on proviso the child sat in the car. During this time, the cleaning team also advised they could not clean walls and the head office accepted they never should have told us we could have this service. When the clean was finished, the house was filthy still. I had to book another company the following day who did an excellent, professional job. I have raised a complaint with Fantastic but they continually lie and manipulate their response. AVOID. read more

Absolute scammers. Horrid customer service. I wanted one cleaner to come for 6 hours, instead they sent two cleaners for three hours, they stayed upstairs and did not clean the kitchen as that was the main priority I wrote in the booking notes. The company has blamed me saying I did not say the words "start in the kitchen." They charged me for two extra hours with out my consent. I am cancelling my membership as I am sick of the scams here. They had someone call me last week who so rude trying to pressure me into booking cleanings ahead for the reason that "a price hike may happen in the future." Soooo done with the SCAM! read more

We booked a service with Fantastic Services. We were called right away for us to pay the a yearly fee that would give us lots of discounts. Unfortunately we paid it thinking, it looks good, if it does not work we can cancel within 14 days. We booked a 5hs cleaning service, they told us they would send a highly rated cleaner. The cleaner was amazingly bad to the point she argued things and did not want to do some of the things we asked. That was on Thursday, on Friday we left a review and they promised they would send someone different the next time. On Monday we decided to cancel the service. Impossible to do on line, the website is useless. The same day we received a message that the same cleaner had been booked to come in on the next Thursday. We cancelled the appintment on Monday but could not seem to cancel the yearly fee. 5 days later and hours on the phone the service is still not cancelled and now they are charging us a cancellation fee when we cancelled earlier than 48 hs before. We've spent way more time and grief than if we had cleaned our house twice over ourselves. STAY AWAY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU NOTHING IN RETURN. The prices quoted by fantastic services are more than double than usual prices. Even with the discount code it's still more than local prices and I live in Greater London! For example, a plumber came from fantastic services and they quoted £800 on the system. Fantastic services then called me next day to say it was £1200 approx so they obviously have commission added on. In the end I asked a local plumber to fix for us and we got it sorted with £387!!! There has been a few times this has happened with different services. Such a shame as I had high hopes for the company. Really disappointing. I paid almost £300 for an 'end of tenancy' clean and the house was barely cleaned at all, bathrooms were not touched at all, no dusting at all, whole rooms were not hoovered and the windows weren't cleaned either. I ended up having to clean the house myself which was a total waste of time and money using the service in the first place. I logged a complaint and despite chasing it, I've still not received and apology or refund. It has been almost a whole month and I've received nothing. Avoid! I asked for a quote for window cleaning and outside Balcony glass window cleaning. They came back with an astronomical sky high price which I paid via credit card. Confirmation of the booking was all wrong and I corrected the details of the booking which was confirmed. On the day of the booking the cleaner was 4!!! late, comes in and talks about internal glass walls and he is not booked for all of that. Then I got lectured and harassed on the phone from Customer Service and was told I can't have my money back and he will only do the inside of the windows and then I have to pay more. I think I was very lucky as I refused to accept that in a stricter tone and then it was confirmed I am getting my money back. Absolutely Unprofessional, Disreputable, and Potentially Fraudulent: A Complete Scam by Fantastic Services I am writing this review to warn others about the utterly disreputable and fraudulent practices of Fantastic Services, who are nothing but unprofessional scammers. I strongly advise you to avoid using their services at all costs. It's worth mentioning that the professionals themselves (self-employed contractors) hired by FS, did a good job.However, it's the fraudulent and deceptive practices of Fantastic Services that tarnish their reputation. Here's a breakdown of my experience: I booked a furniture assembly service, and the call was answered by an Egyptian man, who immediately began pressuring me to book a 15-hour slot with three professionals for the assembly. I made it clear that this seemed excessive, and after some back and forth, he reluctantly reduced it to 12 hours. This still seemed far too long, but I trusted that FS would adjust the booking as necessary to get the job done. To my shock, I was immediately charged £1,055 and a membership fee of £89 in full upfront - with no proper breakdown of costs, and no clear terms and conditions explained. On top of this, they sneaked in an £89 membership fee for a so-called "discount" scheme that I was never informed was optional. In fact, the so-called "sales agent" did not even mention it was an optional membership fee and simply processed it making it seem this was "part of the deal". The professionals who arrived completed the job in only 8 hours, so we were entitled to a refund, since I had paid for more time than was actually needed. FS initially claimed I was entitled to only £130 refund. When I called to clarify the refund process and demand a breakdown of charges, I was met with nothing but evasive, unprofessional, and contradictory responses. The "sales team" who made the initial booking had no clue how much I had paid or what the hourly rate was. They acted like they couldn't do basic arithmetic, repeatedly passing me from one person to another. One representative even claimed that they were unable to confirm the hourly rate because they were "in sales" - an absurd and wholly unprofessional response. When I finally managed to speak to someone named Stam, he tried to confuse me further by claiming I was entitled to only £360 in refund - a figure which made absolutely no sense. He then tried to claim that "extra fees" existed, without being able to explain what those fees were. He couldn't even send me an email confirmation of the refund, instead saying it would "automatically" be processed, which is clearly another scam tactic. Their tactics are an outright attempt to confuse, mislead, and avoid paying back money that is rightfully owed. Even based on their own hourly rate, I am entitled to a refund of £380, yet they are offering me just £360 without any explanation. £95 (hourly rate) x4 (extra hours not worked) = £380, an equation which their representative claimed was very difficult and confusing to him! This is clear evidence of a lack of transparency and a deliberate attempt to mislead customers. I have been left with no choice but to take legal action against Fantastic Services under Section 2 of the Misrepresentation Act 1967 and Regulation 6 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which require businesses to provide clear and accurate information about pricing and contracts. Additionally, their failure to honor the agreement and misleading billing practices could constitute a breach of contract, and I will be pursuing a claim for a refund of the overpaid amount along with compensation for any distress caused under The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. I strongly advise anyone reading this to avoid using Fantastic Services at all costs. They are a dishonest company with no regard for customer rights, and their practices are, at best, misleading and, at worst, downright fraudulent. I will be taking them to court. Do NOT use this service. I contacted for a deep cleaning of my apartment. That is all I wanted and somehow their sales people managed to talk me into some membership thingy, a mistake on my part for sure but they were very insistent about it. In my quote I specified I needed the couch to be cleaned well... that's another fee, okay fine. 2 separate services for the next day. Next day: no one shows up. I call and they tell me that the couch person got held up somewhere else and the other team... oh didn't I know they declined the job? No, I sure didn't. They claimed they sent an email-- they also didn't. I need to first get pest control because I had admitted we just found fleas on my cat. Needless to say pest control costs twice the amount of the deep cleaning and some dude would come check the place out, assess then do it... whatever, no thanks, this is something you do yourself with a spray, I don't have a single flea bite we're not infested. The couch person however is still coming! A day after. Day after: no show. I call, this time the machine broke. Sure... but tomorrow surely they will come! Third day again no show, this time they claim there was no parking and I don't have parking spaces near me (I do), but no of course I'm wrong. At this point I'm fed up and I ask for a refund for everything (they had already refunded the deep cleaning at least). In the end not only they can't refund the couch service (which to them I canceled... because getting 3 days of no shows for them is ME canceling somehow) but I also have a CANCELLATION FEE. So I lost the ~£40 for the couch and also got a ~£30 cancellation fee detracted from my membership fee refund, so ~£50 instead of ~£80. Basically I spent ~£70 and got nothing but a headache. I genuinely wish I had looked into them more thoroughly. What was promised: Lawn mowing Weeding Edging Weed killer application Jet washing What was actually done? None of the above. The only work carried out was some light grass trimming and basic tree cutting with a saw -- no proper equipment, no care. Worse, they left all the clippings and tree debris behind for me to clean up. Absolutely unacceptable. Communication was a disaster. There was a major language barrier with the gardeners, and I had to speak to a family member of one of them just to translate basic instructions. I also spent over an hour making multiple calls to Fantastic Services between 10:00-11:00 am, going in circles with no helpful resolution. The gardeners arrived at 10:00 am but didn't begin work until 11:15. but spent the early part complaining about the tree cutting and how many bags were needed, I have to pay £200 because I will need about 4 to 6 big bags and even then, after all frustrating and and extremely difficult back and forward calls to the customer service as well they started 11:15. They left around 2:00 pm,having barely done a fraction of what was agreed. To make things worse: I had already paid £282 up front Then I received a text claiming the price had been changed to £245 (no explanation given) Since then, they've repeatedly tried to charge my bank account: £6 £4 £80 And now they've emailed me demanding an "outstanding balance" of £60 This is absolutely outrageous. Not only did they fail to provide the agreed-upon service, but they're also continuing to attempt unauthorized charges on my account -- which feels nothing short of fraudulent. Summary: Promised services were not delivered Communication was awful Cleanup was ignored I was overcharged, and they're still trying to take more. They hire random people and they not professional and also avoid given them money before the job get it done, they will try to take money from your bank without you knowing. Thieves. £300 for the next time you make booking don't be fooled by that I did not agree to be a membership what I was told was for us to book the work I have to make sure there is deposit in place at least £89 no membership was agreed all I wanted was one simple job to be done. Not to force your customers what they don't want or to be agreed with, second the 3 hours was spent mostly walking up and down getting staff from van replacement talking on the phone within that three hours could be done everything that was on the list when I booked the job. We were watching everything. got emails and replies to the review, Instead of dealing with the problem you defend your employees for their work like you were there when there were doing the job and the amount of times I had to call the office to explain the problem and the language barrier we were having. Your company have lack of experience of customer service and solutions. The type of worker you have I had several people who had similar problems.. who had to go to civil court with your company and thefts. I have a lot of my reviews agreeing with similar problems, the money was stolen and saving from their house and had to go to Civil court and had to call the police and the money were found on them, won the case so no excuses for your lack of your company. I'm honestly shocked by this company's lack of business sense. They don't value their clients at all and treat people like they're doing us a favor instead of providing a service. The communication is poor, there's no follow-through on promises, and the attitude from their staff is completely unprofessional. BE AWARE!!! A TOTAL SCAM. If I could I would give Fantastic Service a minus 10 review. Fantastic Service has turned into a Scam. I have had horrendously bad service and customer service experience from Fantastic Service. I relied on the the huge number of posetive TrustPilot reviews and called them for a quote for a one of deep cleaning. They immediately started to call me back and send me emails. I was busy and couldn't pickup the phone. They were persistent and kept calling. Eventually after quite a few call they got hold of me and kind of pushed me to book their service (deep cleaning) and give them my bank details even though it was nearly one month before the service date. The lady said, that's their rule and they would take money from my bank 14 days before the service. After receiving my bank details they totally disappeared. I called them many times to make sure it was a deep cleaning that they booked for me as in the confirmation email it says *one of cleaning* not deep cleaning. But they never picked up my phone. The phone always went to automated reply and then got cut off. They never replied to my email or text messages either. They totally disappeared right after they got my bank details. And on the service day, a lady came for the job. She was 1 hour late and stayed for 15 minutes and then left. She didn't speak English so she called her boss and the boss told me that she was not booked for a deep cleaning, she was booked only for a domestic cleaning and she is unable to do the job. Immidiately I called Fantastic Service, as usual, no one picked up the phone. I texted them informing the situation and lodged a complaint. I haven't heard anything back from Fantastic Service yet. All my effort to contact Fantastic Service was in vain. Eventually, yesterday a lady picked up my call and said, I am going to call you back in 15/20 minutes. I waited whole day for her call, nothing happened. Since then I have called them several times and texted them too, but as usual no response from them. Fantastic service has been acting like a total scammer. I am disappointed, frustrated and totally shocked that an established business in the UK can act like this. I am now doubtful about their trust pilot positive reviews. Are the trust pilot positive reviews real? I doubt. Do not use "Fantastic Services" - which is completely ironically named. It's a profiteering scam. Once you make a booking they divert calls from your phone number to their "automated service" so it is impossible to speak to anyone. They also ignore your emails. I called them to arrange the back garden of my property to be cleared. I explained access in detail when I made the booking. I also said I do not live at the property as it is rented. I was told I didn't need to be there. The gardener messaged me to say he had arrived at 4pm yesterday as agreed and text messaged me to ask me how to access the garden at the back of the property. I already explained this in detail when I made the booking. Nonetheless I tried calling the gardener - 4 times - on the number he text messaged me from. He did not pick up and the phone service informed me the phone was switched off. I also responded by text to the gardener to explain in writing how to get to the garden at the back. I wrote: "You go through the gate on the right side of the property which is open - you do not need a key - then take the path to get to the garden at the back. There are two gardens behind the building. The one directly behind the property is for the ground floor flat. It has a fence around it. The garden behind that, which you access by the path, belongs to my flat the upstairs flat. Can you please confirm you have read and understood this?" The gardener did not reply but I received another message from him saying: "I am in front of the property. Let me in or let me know how to gain access. Check my location at https://1fs.me/nemsu Your Fantastic Pro" So I responded back saying: " Ive just texted you how to get access literally just now! You go through the gate on the right side of the property which is open - you do not need a key - then take the path to get to the garden at the back. There are two gardens behind the building. The one directly behind the property is for the ground floor flat. It has a fence around it. The garden behind that, which you access by the path, belongs to my flat the upstairs flat. Can you please call me if you do not understand?" However the gardener did not call me. In fact he did not call me at any point. Or acknowledge receipt of my text and instructions. When I tried calling the gardener again the phone was switched off. The gardener's phone later diverted to "Fantastic Services" automated response. My tenant later informed me the job was not done. When I tried calling the office of "Fantastic Services" on: 020 7846 2562 or 020 3404 3444 or 020 3820 5521 or 020 3404 5540 or 020 8749 1201 or 07915 608603 or any of the other numbers for "Fantastic Services" I was diverted to an automated response service and I was not able to speak to anyone. Nor did "Fantastic Services" respond to my email complaining to them. However they did charge me up front and me an invoice for work that was never done! This company is a complete scam causing a nightmare for everyone. Avoid like the plague. And I'm not interested in empty platitudes from the owner unless I am refunded in full and compensated for the hassle and time wasting they have put me through! read more

my Initial appointment was rescheduled last minute (after appointment time) without an explanation until I chased. The appointment was just to take some measurements Of a window. The handyman did not appear within the scheduled timed for the rescheduled appointment, and after chasing twice I received a very vague text without the measurements needed. I have been charged and after chasing every day since the scheduled appointment, I still have had no measurements sent through nor have I heard back from the company. For such a simple job, I am baffled as to how the service could be so poor. read more

One star is too many!! Shameless company!! Sneakily took the payments while we were in process of negotiations!! And haven't even informed about taken payments, though last time - I have received confirmation emails!! This time, they doubled the charge for the same amount of items to be removed, even though half of it still were packed since last time they have done a relocation service and - it was from 2 different locations as well!!! So how come the price has doubled to over £4K??!! And on top of that - while we were unpacking in the new place, found a couple of broken items, as one wasn't wrapped and another one was taken by one of the removal guys even though I told them not to touch that box!! Now they don't want to hear anything about it as apparently we are past the deadline of reporting it?? Lol No morals!! No shame!! However in recent months they have drastically gone down hill and their customer service is appalling. I had ironing done on May 11th, June 4th, July 18th and August 7th. Aside from July 18th I needed to re iron myself with August 7th being the worst. Please see photos. The clothes were more creased than before the lady began. Firstly they messed up the times and dates 3x before they came! I have a clean done and was booked fortnightly until further notice. I'm was completely disgusted by the lack of attention my house was clean but the tiles I wanted cleaning (my main bathroom is a size on an extremely small on sweet)! Sink was still dirty in the kitchen. There was of stuff missed! Throughout the house. I called them and said I wasn't happy, I want cancellation of the con of what they call a membership. ( instantly got defensive) I got an offer and now given me a partial refund and to make up for the cleaning discount!!!! (£106 upfront) Which in all is £62 for 3 hrs! But if I wasn't a member apparently I would have got it in full! So technically I paid in fulI.... was well still in my 14 cooling off period! The rep informed me; They had to do a separate refund for the clean, but the obtuse and rude membership "manager" you'll have to wait for customer service, they will do it that part.... As Apparently he didn't serve customers as he doesnt work for that department I'm the manager, they refused to take liability for their employees (as they didn't know the cleaner didn't do their job properly) I asked it to escalate on which he refused as he the highest, there isn't anyone else... "well, you have to go though me, so regardless of what you say that it"! I said if you were unhappy with say a meal at a restaurant it put you off after the first mouthful, would you pay? He said no... the you could imagine the conversation then sarcastically offered me a meal in a restaurant to be patronising. Today comes they call and are now refusing to give it back the money I paid upfront for the fees! And payed the whole £79 WITH OUT A REFUND OR Compensation!!! AND PAID MORE THAN THE COST OF THE WHOLE SERVICE +£17 on top!!! Thieves!!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!! I had people lined up to use them! Even someone I told them to had the same experience! Very bad customer service, they were money motivated people will suck your money for nothing. I booked their service for my home 24hrs before, then I ask them to change same day different timing They were asking additional £160 for that . Then again I ask them what I cancel the service, then they say if I cancel I have to pay 100% Of the fees . So if you book anything for next day ,you will be screwed you will not have chance to change your mind. All their policies you will come to know after you completing the payment. All the services done by different private profficianals ,This people just middle agent eating easy money. Now I have no choice, because as per their policy I cannot cancel my booked service ,otherwise I will loose my full money . I am planning to take action against their one way policy. awful service and took our money without doing anything. we paid in advance for their window cleaning service; they had come once before and done a decent job at an agreed (and paid in advance) price. the second time, the guy turns up and says that XYZ is not included and that the job is now £80 more. I have booked an end of tenancy cleaning and the service was very bad, I had to come back to the property and do the cleaning myself. They told me, yeah it's done and I started to check but lots of dust remaining and I asked them, seriously did you vaccum the carpet they said yes yes. So I asked them ok give me your vaccum I will do it myself. When they opened their bag I saw a very cheap vaccum, not professional at all. Their vaccum didn't even worked! I started to argue and they kept telling me yeah it was working before you come for the review. I wanted to claim a refund and unfortunately after 5 text in their system I ve been offer at £30 pound discount for the next time. That's a joke, knowing they charged me £290 for the end of tenancy. I would not recommend them. They treated my home for bedbugs, i opted for 2 visits, the first visit went ok, by the second time, it was rubbish, i saw a bedbug on the frame same day when i arrived. I called them to report but they were advising me to pay for another visit claiming 2 visits does not guarantee bedbugs free. Within 2 months, home infested again, called to complain, they promised to investigate but to date no one get back to me. They advised i pay £255 for another 2 visits. This company are the worst! Very happy to call/email you anytime and contact you to secure the booking but once it is done they dissappear off the face of the earth! My calls are definitely being diverted. Disgusting behaviour! I paid for a number of items of flat pack to be assembled including a bed. I insisted on sending links to the company so I would be quoted accurately and had several conversations with them. They estimated 5 hours and quoted £250. Two men came and put wardrobe doors on my already built wardrobe and built a small chest of drawers. This took them the whole 5 hours! They barely spoke English and struggled to read the instructions but managed to call the company and say I was missing some- I wasn't. I also called half way through and raised my concerns with their progress. I was reassured they would complete the job. They didn't! I have children and haven't slept on a bed for over a year, I am heartbroken that this is still the case. I cannot afford to pay anyone else and was given cheaper quotes, however I liked the professionalism of Fantastic Services. That was just for show! They have taken my money and not allowed me to even make contact except leave a voicemail to their automated service and will not respond. Initially it was promised that if I was not happy they would look into the work. I don't see how when they have gone ghost! Never book with this company! £250 is nearly a weeks wages for a lot of people, for this company to get it in 5 hours and complete half the job is taking advantage. Service from HELL. You need prayers from everyone if you use their service. I have never encounter such bad malicious service EVER in my entire life. I would rather clean the house myself 100 times than to deal with their service. Firstly they are late for 45 minutes. During that time I tried calling customer service and online chat. NO ONE, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE answered. You will just get redirected to voicemail with all the options and GOODBYE. When they finally arrive, the first thing they do is to try to scam more money. They say my house has a lot of glass and so they cannot clean it properly, UNLESS I pay more. ( which I am already paying 250 pounds for a one bedroom). When I refuse and say it is ok,(which is not) he just stared at me with hatred and LEFT MY HOUSE! I am lucky I still have 30 days on my tenancy and I am just leaving early. The cleaner was as bad as my pre-teenager child, even worse as she didn't know which cleaning products should be used. She used lime scale removing cream for mirrors, window spays for kitchen, Honey wax based spray (supposedly for solid wooden furniture) for painted doors of cupboards. The results were bad. She only cleaned 2 modest bedrooms, one small box room, bathroom and small toilet for 4 hours! I used instant message functions to tell her mal progress at the point 3.5 hours have passed but no responses from the company, though it was supposed to respond in 1 hour. Phoned the company who said respond in 48 hours. No response yet. I am aiming to refund the membership fee as I am not going to use the services again. read more

I have been going in circles to arrange refunds for my clients for over 1 month now with your supposed customer service/complaints handling team. The wrong client credit/debit cards were charged numerous times and despite me doing all the admin work to figure out exactly what was charged incorrectly and providing a clear resolution with a breakdown of the charges we are still going in circles and have not been refunded. FS have acknowledged that the charges were incorrect, but now say we must wait until they are refunded by the third party contractors to provide us with the refund. Our relationship is with FS - not the contractors - so this is totally unacceptable. This firm have now cost me a client and reputation due to their total incompetence - AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS - they will not refund you for their own mistakes. read more

I paid over £300 for an end of tenancy cleaning through Fantastic Services hoping it would make leaving the apartment smooth and painless. Unfortunately it's been anything but. Their clean of the apartment appears to have been done as quick as possible and missed obvious issues including a big stain on the oven door. (Oven cleaning was included as part of the package). Of course they guarantee that they'll fix any problem. However that guarantee is essentially useless if you can't speak to a real person on the phone (you get an automated menu system that just texts you links to their website) and their complaints procedure takes up to 48 hours to respond. By the time I expect them to provide a resolution the new tenant would have moved in and it's be too late. Update: After originally wriiting this review, Carrie from the customer care team got in touch and managed to get someone out last minute to fix the major issues. They also provided a direct support line and a gift to apologise which was most appreciated. And happily, as of this weekend, I can confirm the full tenancy deposit was released with no deductions thanks to the cleaning. It is still somewhat frustrating that this level of service was not originally provided which made both my move and the lead up to Christmas anything but stress free. I believe more immediate communication needs to be worked on as move out cleaning can often have very little flexibility in time to fix issues. I'm still unlikely to use Fantastic again anytime soon, but would not discount them completely in the future on tasks that may be more flexible. read more

This company is fraudulent with their quoting process. Trying to move, they cost me over a £1000 pounds to deal with the aftermath of their fraudulence (and incompetence). I booked a carpet cleaning service with FS. When the operator turned up he said 100% he would not be able to remove the carpet stains (a few drops of blood) and left my house. They do not offer a service where they inspect the carpet first before taking on the job. I asked for a full refund because, unlike most other reputable carpet cleaning companies, they want you to pay full costs upfront BEFORE the job is even completed. FS claim that "I" canceled the service so no refund is due! This is completely outrageous. I have never known any company to charge a customer for work done, turn up and not be able to fulfil the service but still charge the customer in full. The worst thing is that you cannot get hold of anyone. They make it difficult for you to make a complaint and don't respond to your emails sent to customer services in the allotted time frame. And by the way I am a FS member I pay £80 a year for this membership which I will cancel. I have booked gardening and cleaning services with them for years and this is how they treat a long-standing customer. They used to charge you once the job was done but they have now realised they can make lots of money by charging upfront and keeping the money even when they don't complete the job. read more
