Absolutely unprofessional cleaning service. George, with whom I was in contact, was extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional -- he does not know how to speak to customers. As for the cleaning itself, it was absolutely terrible. My agency ended up charging me again because the cleaning was not up to standard; they did not believe the house had been professionally cleaned. I even paid extra for carpet cleaning, but that too was below average. If you want to save your hard-earned money, I strongly recommend staying away from them. read more

We booked an end of tenancy clean with George. He did a very average, shoddy job, missing things that he had said would be included, like the washing machine and extractor fan, and did a half-arsed job of the areas that he did clean. He was rude and unhelpful upon us checking out and informing him of areas that weren't clean or had been missed - arrogantly laughing at me and dismissing my grievances. We had to spend an hour after he left going over the flat with surface wipes - picking up visible dirt and dust that had been missed. We did not get our full deposit back and were charged an additional £100 for cleaning by our landlord who wasn't happy with the condition of the property. They may be cheaper than other companies but they are cheaper for a reason and ultimately we haven't saved any money with the additional cleaning costs we've incurred. George and his father workmanship was very poor with the end of tenancy decorating and cleaning, In decorating the most important part is the preparation which this coiuple of cowboys tried to avoid at their peril because I have been painting for 50 years. When I asked George about his preparation he started to blame his tools, I pointed out the poor quality work where upon he become very abusive. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. The cleaning was good, but George and his team have caused damage to our flat, which initially were happy to replace it. When we sent them the contact details to arrange the replacement, they disappeared. They do not answer emails and calls and we can't find him to discuss. We have sent a letter and apparently the address they provide is not a real one, as we received the letter as the recipient does no longer live there. We now have to take legal actions as we should, due to this irresponsibility and unprofessionalism. Our landlady got involved and they still behave the same, it's been over a month now and they have now responded to us to inform us that the solicitor is looking at it. They are a joke. I would never use this company again and I wouldn't recommend as they are not reliable and trustworthy (regardless if they say 48 hours guarantee for re-clean or report any issues). read more

I booked them for a pre tenancy clean. Spoke to George on the phone and we went through the details, he informed me what works will be carried out and the price, tp which I agreed. Upon his arrival at the house he walked around and informed me that he had under estimated the works and will have to up the price by another £70.00 again I agreed. But he seemed hesitant and told me that he will have to discuss with his colleague who was in the car. They both returned after 10 mins walked around the house tutting and shaking their heads at the works . He then said that the house was messy and he was expecting it to be cleaner and that maybe he should return tomorrow. Bear in mind that I was moving out and had some bags that I was putting in my car. At that stage I lost it and asked him if he would like to do a thorough clean first. Sunny Clean did my end of tenancy cleaning and was disappointing. PLEASE AVOID if you do not want to waste your money The team of cleaners was not professional at all; they were most like a family. Firstly, they arrived 2 hours later than the arranged time. It took then less than 2 hours to clean our house a total of 5 people. I order an end of tenancy cleaning consisting of: 1 dining room, 1 hall, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen, also deep cleaning of fridge and oven, and curtains. When they finished, I went to check the work and I felt really embarrassed. Nothing was cleaned within a minimum professional standard. Rest of scale in the sink, The hub not cleaned. They forgot to do the Freezer, The furniture in the bedroom was covered in dust, They forgot two seat pillows, The oven was still full of cleaning product and oil A very strong bleach smell in the bathroom All the glass in the house wasn't cleaned. Then, after I spotted all the above points, they were "cleaning" for another 10 min. The results, I had to finished the cleaning myself as I had the meeting with my landlord the next day and I did not want to feel embarrassed. They basically stole my money. They are thieves. It is worth paying 20 or 30 more pounds and go to a different and serious company. All the good references they have are FALSE. Even the carpet was dark and not fully clean in the borders.
