They were responsive at the beginning, but once I paid a deposit to confirm my booking, they completely disappeared. I sent multiple emails, left many voicemail, even tried to go to their office. I gave up finally and went with another company. After about two weeks they finally responded. They issued a refund of my deposit at the end.
