FINALLY a good cleaning service in London!!! We have our regular lady Marianna that comes every Monday without fail- and I don't have to stand over her / write descriptive instructions beforehand. Previously we have had LAZY cleaners elsewhere that if you aren't home, I'm sure they just wipe a couple of things and go. Not this service, I can feel confident of coming into a lovely clean home every Monday- it's bliss and something I thought unobtainable in London! Office staff are wonderful too- yes, the cleaners may not have English as a first language, however Dee or Julia in admin are happy to translate anything for you that may not get understood. Can not recommend this company enough; moving out of my flat and were instructed to use them in the tenancy agreement which always fills you with a slight dread of 'these guys will be so expensive'. Could not have been more wrong; the guys turned up early but were happy to wait whilst I moved a lot of boxes around to free up space. They were incredibly professional and polite, happy to be left to their own devises whilst I went out for some lunch. Excellent leather cleaning. They were able to accommodate me within 24 hours from the phone call and gave me a very accurate quote about the cleaning service. Anyclean have been my domestic cleaners for 4 years now and I have not had any problems with them whatsoever. Whenever I am away I email them the dates and they either send my regular cleaner on alternative days or not at all, depending on the nature of my trip. If my regular cleaner, who is fantastic, is not able to come on the specified day, Anyclean have either sent someone else or no one at all, depending on my request.
