After paying my appointment time was pushed back. They people who arrived to clean were 3 hours late. I paid for 3 hours and they only stayed for 2 hours. They rushed through the job missing the microwave, stove and oven, floors, walls and baseboards (I've included photos below). After they completed the job and left I noticed that my Ocedar mop and bucket were missing. I reached out to them several Times to return it. I spoke to someone named James who was very rude and unprofessional. He said the mop and bucket wasn't taken instead of doing his research and rectifying the situation. (I've included text messages) I ended up speaking to Jazmine directly and she brought me back my mop. But I'm seeking a refund for the experience and the fact that I didn't receive the deep clean that j paid for. Save yourself the hassle and don't book with them.

The company sent me a detailed checklist outlining what would be included, but many of those items were not completed. Even the trash was not taken out, despite trash removal being listed as part of the service. There was still trash left in the trash cans and underneath the couch. I also found dirt and debris underneath the couch that clearly had not been cleaned. The inside of the refrigerator and the cabinets were also not cleaned, even though I understood those areas to be included in the detailed cleaning I purchased. The bathroom was one of the main areas I specifically asked to be detailed, and even that was not completed to the standard I expected. There were still areas with visible dirt and buildup. The bedroom also required very little cleaning, yet it did not appear that the detailed services were actually performed there either. I was home during the cleaning, so I personally observed that some of these areas were not being addressed. That is particularly frustrating because the service was marketed as a detailed cleaning, not simply a quick surface-level cleaning. If you are going to charge nearly $300 to clean a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom, the services advertised should actually be completed accordingly. When I contacted them about the issues, I was offered the option of having someone come back and redo the cleaning. I declined because I am not comfortable having someone else return, and I cannot afford to take another afternoon off to accommodate another cleaning appointment. I requested a partial refund instead because I paid for services that were not fully provided. I would strongly recommend carefully reviewing exactly what is included in the service before booking and making sure you document the condition of your home afterward. Here are a few examples: 1) I specifically asked for the baseboards to be cleaned and they were not (it was included in the service). 2) Hair was left in the shower drain and a horrible white residue was left all over my shower floor, which has never happened before! 3) They did not clean under the bathroom floor mat in my second bathroom, nor did they clean the tub/shower at all. 4) Cat hair was left all over my dining room chairs. 5) You could see where they wiped, and didn't wipe, the floor in one of the rooms due to the residue left. 6) The items on my bathroom counter were not even touched or moved as they had dust all over them and the counter underneath them was also dirty. 7) There were some items in the corner of the kitchen counter that were not moved and cleaned underneath. 8) The bottom shelves of one of the rooms was not dusted. I can say that the wife was the one who did the kitchen and she did a good job! The husband did most of the rest of the house and he did not do such a good job. I did like how he moved the couch to clean behind it and underneath it, though. Although, there was still pet hair left in some spots on the couch.
