I had to ask them to at least move the end tables. We had worked hard getting items off any furniture so it could be moved. They were done in an hour and twenty minutes. One of the guys was on his phone a lot. Didn't remove any stains or even try. For over $760 (with the advertised 20% discount) they did a terrible and fast job. This is not the professional hard working team that use to come.

Everything went great with the appointment. Taylor showed up on time and got right to work. He spent about 2 1/2 hours cleaning all the carpets in our home. He worked hard the entire time, the house smelled great, and we felt like we got a good value for money. Then, as the solution dried, my daughter started to notice a stinky dog smell in her bedroom. The yummy citrus smell didn't even last one day before the stink came back. But the real eye-opener happened today. Our dog is feeling a little stressed out from the move, and she threw up on our bedroom carpet. Needless to say we broke out the Hoover carpet cleaner to get that mess cleaned up. What we found in the Hoover dirty-water tank was disgusting. This carpet is anything but clean. It's maddening that we spent so much money on CitruSolution when our little Hoover does a better job. I asked if a big rec room could count as two rooms. It couldn't because it was 6 square feet over the limit. 2. When Jason showed up I said we don't walk with shoes on the carpet. He said "You expect me to take off my shoes while I'm cleaning your carpet??" He scoffed and said "there's no way I'm doing that." So he walked around to measure everything IN HIS SHOES. Then when rooms were too big to count towards what we bought he didn't clean them. BUT HE HAD WALKED ALL OVER THEM IN HIS F&CKING SHOES. Carpet that we NEVER walk in with shoes he walked all over. And because one area was literally just a few feet over it counted as two rooms. And yes, always takeoff our shoes to walk on our carpet. Jay called the day of to let me know when he'd be able to stop by and arrived promptly at the time he said he would. He and Isaac then cleaned the whole house quickly and professionally, inviting my wife and I to look at the rooms as he was cleaning them to (a) explain the process and (b) ensure that we were satisfied with the results.
