After 23+ years, it was time we had our shower grout professionally cleaned, spots repaired and…read moresealed. I had called a few places for quotes and spoke with Kris at Grout Works. The other companies I called came out and basically said we needed our caulk replaced and other things that amounted to a high price quote. Kris said he'd have Jim call us that day and he did. Jim came out, looked at our shower and told us the caulk was fine, the grout just needed some small repairs, a cleaning and a sealer, saving us almost $200 compared to other quotes. Today, 3/17, Steve showed up right on time. Such a polite, professional guy wearing a mask and removing his shoes each time he entered our house. He explained everything he was going to do and throughout the project, he asked us how it looked and if it was to our liking. When he was sealing the grout, he did a "test" spot with and without a tint and asked what we liked best. Now that is a craftsman who takes pride in his work and cares about his customers!!! 4 hours Steve worked on our shower and wow, WOW it looks TERRIFIC!!!
