They were reliable and dependable. I had no reservations about them being in my home while I was not there. My frustrations came from a recurring pattern of missing details. For example: they left the door to my cat's litter box closed & he had an accident as a result. Several times surfaces like the mirrors & glass cooktop were streaky. They "organize" while they clean, but this often resulted in things being put in different places that were not logical to where they started. Dust on the bathroom light fixtures and top of the toilet tanks were never wiped down. I could potentially overlook these details but not for the cost. A team of two would be at my house for less than 90 minutes for a cost of $180. I would recommend them if you're not as concerned with these kinds of details.

From the moment I first contacted Cascade Maids, the experience was nothing short of exemplary. They integrate with Google quite well and I was able to chat with someone through GMail to explain our needs. After finding their pricing and services quite affordable, I spoke to their agent over the phone to provide our payment information. Then on the day of our booking their cleaner arrived and went to town! Luckily I was able to work from home that day so I could go about my business while the cleaner went about theirs. After about three hours or so they were done and the results were quite impressive for the amount we were charged. I got the standard service as opposed to the deep clean this time around since we didn't really need every room in the house cleaned. But next time we probably will do the deep cleaning to get that open house look. (With the deep cleaning comes an extra guaranty that if you're not satisfied they come to clean your house again for free.) They were friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough--cleaning everything plus the details most companies miss like window tracks and under the sliding glass door. This wasn't a quick wipe-down--they scrubbed and scraped everything. I got five bids, and Leaf Organic was the only company that came out in person to walk the house and be upfront about expectations. They told me most companies charge $500-$600 but only stay a few hours--and based on my past experience, that's true. You're always left wishing they did more. With Leaf Organic, there was none of that. Not a speck of dust anywhere. We also have an English Cream Golden Retriever that sheds like crazy. They cleaned my 17' long dog and once they were done there was as zero pet hair to be found on a cloth couch and in my house. It's absolutely worth paying more--you truly get what you pay for.
