Mikey (owners son) and his cousin showed up within the time slot given. I explained to Mikey exactly what I wanted and they did a good job. They also did a protectant on the hallway and stairway, where more traffic occurs (to protect the carpet). Our carpets are about 2.5 years old, so still very good condition. They didn't take long to finish, did a good job overall. We had the stairway, hallway, 4 bedrooms and bonus room cleaned, price was reasonable. I also gave them a $30 tip. Will use them again in the future for carpet cleaning.

They did a great job. The second time I had given them a 1 hour time limit and was a bit concerned at the job done. I emailed and they told me that they respected the time limit I had imposed and had to make calls on the most important parts to clean. I knew I had left serious clutter behind and I appreciated the honesty and the priority of not charging me more than I had agreed to pay. We came to an agreement for extra time if needed, and the next time they came I did a better job of picking up clutter and the place looked great. That would be enough for a five star review, but it got better. I recently broke both wrists and, understandably, am having trouble cleaning. I sent them a detailed list and an apology for the clutter. They have come twice now and have done an amazing job. They made the bed the way I asked, they even folded the clothes! They spent the time on the places I asked, and I think went above and beyond expectations. I've had places that just don't clean things and it has been really frustrating. This company respects the money I am spending by not going over the allotted time and was honest about the job, and while not rude at all, made sure I knew that the clutter was a major factor. I appreciate the frankness and their commitment to meet my requests, the top one being how much I was ok to spend. I've finally found my cleaning service in Seattle.

I saw this business had great reviews so I decided to go with them. I've never hired a cleaning…read morecompany before so maybe I wasn't clear about what I wanted but it seemed pretty straight forward. I purchase a newly renovated home in Lynnwood at the beginning of September and I hired this company to come in a just wipe down all surfaces, dust, clean bathrooms. The house is empty except a couch and a couple pieces of bedroom furniture. It is newly renovated and had been vacant so I felt like it was a pretty easy job. I asked them to clear the cobwebs in corners, clean bathrooms, dust and wiped down kitchen surfaces, sanitize, and clean the crumbs/stickiness in kitchen cabinets/ drawers. Alex was the woman I spoke to on the phone who gave me a price estimate and set up my appointment. She was very nice, helpful and professional. I left work on the day of my appointment to come to let the two ladies in, returned to work, and came back from work two hours later when they had finished. They were waiting outside when I arrived and I paid $160 and tipped $15 each. I went into the house to take a look and luckily they hadn't left the driveway yet because there was spray foam clear that had not been wiped from the front of the oven. (No problem one lady came in and wiped it off.) Things looked fine but I was in a rush to get back to work so I left without really checking. Now that I am finally moving in I am discovering that it seems as though NONE of the kitchen cabinets or drawers were cleaned. There are crumbs, dust and sticky that I'm finding and I'm having to wipe down everything! Which would not be a big deal had I not paid someone to come in and do it first. There are still some cobwebs. This was on 9/8 and now that all my stuff is in the house and I'm unpacking it seems a bit too late to call for them to come back. I'm just very upset that this job was NOT complete and I have no idea what 2 people spent 2 hours doing in a totally vacant 1500 square foot house. I'm not someone who goes out of my way to write a bad review but this really upset me. 2 starts for customer service.

But we both have day jobs and didn't have enough free time on our hands to get our hone gussied up. Enter Cascade Maids. From the moment I first contacted Cascade Maids, the experience was nothing short of exemplary. They integrate with Google quite well and I was able to chat with someone through GMail to explain our needs. After finding their pricing and services quite affordable, I spoke to their agent over the phone to provide our payment information. Then on the day of our booking their cleaner arrived and went to town! Luckily I was able to work from home that day so I could go about my business while the cleaner went about theirs. After about three hours or so they were done and the results were quite impressive for the amount we were charged. I got the standard service as opposed to the deep clean this time around since we didn't really need every room in the house cleaned. But next time we probably will do the deep cleaning to get that open house look. (With the deep cleaning comes an extra guaranty that if you're not satisfied they come to clean your house again for free.) Huge shout outs to Taylor, their agent, for the initial contact, all questions answered, and the post-service follow-up...and also mad props to Isamar, their cleaner, who took our house and made it ready for entertaining during the holidays. We will definitely be reaching out to Cascade Maids again for all our cleaning needs!

Im pretty sure this is the common practice. When we moved in we had one girl do a thorough job on the bathroom, kitchen & dinning room for 200 how two couldn't come close to finishing 1 of those completely is a mystery. The fix? Dont offer a quote based on square footage, bathrooms, bedrooms & type of clean because it will not be honored & will be up sold for more hours and more money or left quarter done.
