When I was home, I had a large tree cut down in my back yard on June 17. They cut a hole in my vinyl fence with the chain saw. I called the main #781-518-8014 and was told to text pictures. I also emailed the pics to eastcoasttree@outlook.com No one was getting back to me. I called Kevin Yore 781-628-8126 and left a message. He left me a massage on June 30 that he wasn't aware of this and would talk to the boss Tom Fitzpatrick and get this taken care of right away. Yet he saw the pics the day before on email. I have left several messages on the phone and through email almost daily for 3.5 weeks and have gotten no response or resolution. Tom FitzPatrick and his company East Coast Tree are a disreputable company. do not hire them!! I wish I could add pictures here.

Received a quote within 24 hrs for each project (fallen tree and the one in danger of splitting). They communicated well, keeping us informed every step of the way. They cleaned up the worksite when they were done and even took care of a few last minute requests for additional work (including one from our neighbor). Great people. Would highly recommend!

Went with Lopez Landscaping since they had the smaller equipment and manpower to get the job done. The tree was quickly removed but it was a 3 star maybe 3.5 star experience because of the additional work needed to coordinate everything. The good: - competitive quote and they were able to come by quickly to assess the work - flexible in bringing equipment that worked with tight openings - main tree removal was done in 5 hours - removed paver stones so they wouldn't be damaged by machinery - friendly and professional. They accommodated a special request to cut a section for a table The bad: - rescheduling was a huge pain. We had to go back and forth for 3 weeks and I had to proactively follow up to confirm if they were coming - unable to grind the stump as part of the initial quote so had to pay another $400 for them to come back with a different machine - never got an invoice despite asking for one multiple times To summarize, this seems to be a nice family business that has experience removing trees quickly. However, it doesn't appear there is a back office that keeps everything organized so you're going to have to do a lot of work to stay on top of things.

I hired Marquis Tree Service to remove 8 massive pine and oak trees, far too close to my house…read more While I interviewed several, when Charley came to my home to assess, I had a favorable reading from the start. Marquis would use a crane at the top of my driveway and in combination with the Climber, 2 tree assistants, and skilled crane operation, I watched the entire flawless operation. They arrived promptly at 8 am and finished at 4; the huge pile of logs was picked up 2 days later. My yard has totally been transformed to more of a meadow, rather than the woods. Their clean up was quite good, considering the amount of tree debris that was removed. I watched the entire operation in awe, with never a worry about my house, lawn, greenhouse, many plantings, roof, and driveway. Marquis sent a hardworking/talented staff, price was more than fair, and the team put on quite a show. They delivered an amazing result, far beyond expectations. I would hire them again in an instant, as flawless is hard to find!
