I love this car wash! I come here often and get the wash and ride option for $6. I'm always satisfied! Today there was a spider in my car and luckily the clean sweep was right there in my path, so I pulled in, jumped out of my car, & they rescued me from the evil spider! I had the works option, & went into the gift shop. There's so much to look at in there! They even have free coffee & CAPUCINNO!!! In less than 15mins, my car was clean, dry, sparkling, and SPIDER FREE! Thank you to workers at clean sweep! All of you are so pleasant & it makes my day to come over & chat with you!! read more

Worst car wash ever the drying crew at the end has total attitudes they don't want to do anything for you they walk around like zombies oh woe is me I can't believe I have to work. They act like they are pissed because they got denied for welfare. read more

Rudest Car Wash In Town. The folks inside are great but the dude in the raiders cap who takes your car is one rude puppy. The quality of work is also poor. I have had to reclean my windows, dash, console and wheels twice when I left here. This used to be a great car wash... Back in the day! read more

Just took our 2013 Prius in and got the $85 deep clean and detailing done and they did an incredible job! While their normal economy washes are decent, I'll be making their detail wash a regular routine of mine every couple months. It takes about 45 minutes but I promise it's worth it. They clean and dust every gauge, vent and buckle, along with steam cleaning the seats. Keep up the great work Clean Sweep, don't let your attention to detail fall and you've got me for life! read more

Don't waste your money at this car wash! I checked in and told them I wanted the most expensive wash on the menu $30.00. I go inside to pay and the cashier says that will be $32.00. I said the sign said $30.00 and she asked if I had a hatch back because that was extra, I have a very small SUV. There were quite a few people there so I figured I would have to wait a bit. Much to my surprise in about 10 minutes my car is ready. I'm thinking there is no way they could have done a very good job in that amount of time. I went to my car and opened the door and there was sand piled on the driver side seat. I asked a worker about it and they say do you want us to vacuum that again? So they take it around for another vacuum. All I can say is it's the worst wash I have ever had. There was no tire shine, dust still on the dashboard and the inside of the windows were all smeared. The only positive, they are fast. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before visiting Clean Sweep. I paid for their best exterior car wash only to find there was still dirt and bird droppings on the front and back of my car. In addition, my rims were no where close to being clean. I paid for wax, but I'm sure an exterior wax is ineffective when put on top of dirt. Money wasted. I will not be visiting them again. read more

Absolute worst car wash in town. Took my car yesterday and coming out from it to find out that there is all kind of leaves and junk in my car.. nothing inside my car had been wiped off.. dust on the console and so I took it back to the car wash and when asked a manager why inside my car is not clean he replied " we do a light dusting inside the car" light dusting??? I said well on your sign it doesn't say light dusting it says cleaning inside the car you might want to change that.. they took my car in for a second go around and and as you go inside the automated system has five brushes.. lots of sprayers don't spray anything they just move up and down. Anywho! Brought my car home to find out that their damn machine hade made a rather large mechanical mark and scratch on my front bumper.. I just gave up when I saw that.. I'm not a person who can go twice and complain.. brought out a buffer and buffed it but from certain angle you can still see the marks... total disaster.. go to Jeffs car wash.. they are the best.. read more

I hadn't gone back in a year because I was disappointed in the past. I decided today to give it another try and I specifically told them to make sure and get the front and back bumpers on my car. The machine never seems to reach these spots or around the rear view mirrors. Patrick even wrote it on my receipt. Well I drove out and my car was still dirty. Window on passenger side was streaked really bad, both mirrors were filthy, back bumper dirty and front grill like it was never touched. They just threw my mats back in upside down. The inside on the dash of my car looked like they sprayed it but didn't bother to wipe it off. Oh, and by the way I think it's ridiculous to pay extra for a small crossover when it's no bigger than a standard 4 door car. It's not like I had a suburban. read more

This has to be the most disorganized car wash business in Lexington. My wife went to have her car washed and was 4th in line to get a complete inside and out service and was there for 1 hour! They only had 3 people working the lines which included a wash only line. I guess they didn't care about the cars that had the inside service and seemed more focused on just the outside wash vehicles. She thought they lost our car because they took it somewhere to clean it out and she could not see the vehicle. She texted me and said if she didn't see it in 10 minutes she was calling the police to report it missing. I tried calling to complain and they did not pick up the phone - probably too busy doing something in the back that they don't want you to see. Will NOT return to this location no matter what the circumstance is, would advise you to do they same unless you have an hour to kill! read more

This place has gone to the pits. When it first opened I loved the place and went at least once a week. A few months ago something changed. I don't know if it was new management or what the cause was but the service took a turn for the worse. No longer is my car spotless when they finish. I have to ask them to re-clean the dash, cupholder, and floorboards at least once every time and I am met with disgusted looks. Management also has no interest in my complaints! Further, there prices increased about 6 months ago. I don't know what happened but I am no longer a customer and advise everyone to stay away from this place due to high prices and poor service. (I guess they had to increase prices to cover the inventory costs for the useless crap they carry in the waiting area?) read more

I took my 2000 Toyota Corolla in today for the Basic Wash for $13.99. Considering my car hasn't been washed since 2005, the automated soft brush drive-through got the car pretty darned clean. The attendants did a great job on vacuuming the carpet, but I had to ask them to go over the back seats a second time. It (the South Broadway location) is a nice, clean, modern, comfortable facility. The staff I encountered were cordial, professional, and knowledgeable. In addition to the drive-through are the Express Detail bays where the customer can have any number of specialized cleaning jobs performed. I will definitely be returning for one of those. Prices seem fair and, overall, the entire operation is a notch above similar car washes in the Lexington area. Finally, something I became aware of years before I became a customer is the owner's commitment to be CLOSED Sundays in the interest of the employees and their families. That impressed me then and has stuck in the back of my mind. I plan on being a repeat customer and on recommending Clean Sweep to friends and anyone who asks for a recommended place to get their car washed. read more
