I did an webpage service request to his business on a Sunday at 7:00pm and within 15 minutes of hitting the transmit button he called me and we discussed the service and he was out my house within 48 hours. On site, Gary was professional, friendly, explained everything he was doing, gave us tips on how to properly maintain our septic system. He was just a real pleasure to do business with, especially in a time when it seems most folks just want to get in and make a buck and don't really care about quality or service - NOT GARY. I also found Gary and Clean Septic on Yelp when I was searching to get a second opinion on the recent septic pumping I had done. The company I thought I had my septic pumped with was called Mac Septic however it turns out the company had been bought by Vac-Tec which I had not heard of. I found out they have only been in this state 1 year and bought Mac Septic when owner passed. I did not get a good feeling about this company as they told me my drain field was not working properly however I had never had issues. After speaking with Gary he pulled my report that was filed recently for the pumping and it was reported that nothing was wrong with my system or the drain field. I was relieved as I felt the other company was scamming me to make more money. Gary was very upfront and helpful and provided me with information even though I did not use him for the pumping. I found Gary's business doing some googling, and what a wonderful choice I made to have him pump our septic to get ready for the sale of our house. He was able to give me a very competitive quote over the phone and told me everything that needs to be done. Gary showed up on time, was professional, and had a clean truck in working order. I thought I had everything ready for him so he wouldn't have to do any digging but I didn't realize there was another tank he needed to get to. It took him a little longer than expected to finish the job but he didn't show any anger or frustration the whatsoever. We are selling our house, so our realtor had made the appointment with Gary to do our inspection and pumping. I am so happy that he was who they chose. Absolutely great customer service!! He was extremely helpful over the phone the day before when we were trying to locate the lids to dig up before he got there, trying to avoid that extra digging cost. When he got here we found out there is 4 lids, not 2, and so my husband helped him dig them up. He did not charge us for that extra digging cost, bonus! He pointed out some things that were wrong, and things we suspected didn't get done with the original inspection with a different company when we bought the house. I highly recommend Gary. We called CSP on Sunday afternoon after returning home to an alarm on the septic tank ringing..We called CSP because of the owner being the one who showed up at your house to provide service. The owner, Gary answered his phone and walked my husband through some trouble shooting steps. When none of the steps provided any information about our situation Gary said I have a couple jobs in your area tomorrow..I will swing by in between jobs and see what is going on. He showed up the next day and within in 30 seconds recognized that the high alarm float had come off..he fished it out and set it in place, the alarm turned off..and he was on his way !! So Clean Septic Pumping came out today and let me tell you Gary is awesome. The owner (Gary) is who comes out. He is very nice and knows his stuff. He explained everything to us and cleaned the tank. He answered all our questions very well. I was not there when they pumped the septic when i bought my house so i didnt know anything and I found out i had another tank. luckly we didnt have to open that one up because the first one did its job properly, He didnt leave a mess and he was funny. He gave us a schedule based on how many people in the house and when we should have it pumped again. Gary was great! First, after giving him the details of our issues (sewage baking up into our tubs and shower) he thought it might be a filter issue. He explained in detail over the phone how to clean the filter so that we can do it on our own and save $$$. Unfortunately, it wasn't the filter, and Gary came right out. He was able to pump our pump chamber, which was filled to the top. Since Gary doesn't fix broken pumps, he referred us to another great guy to finish the job.
