Michael came to my house and was very professional and I could tell how dedicated he is to his trade. Michael is such a skillful and hardworking person! I called him on Sunday because our water heater leaked. He answered the call and gave a quote quickly. When he came, it turned out my home's situation is complicated: the water purification system blocked the way to move the heater in and out, and the new heater is bigger than the old one, so the copper tubes above the heater have to be modified.... Michael had no complaint and worked hard for many hours to overcome the difficulties and accomplish the work beautifully. Michael came immediately to address multiple plumbing issues that were very complex in my old house. It turned out that many of the issues were due to large rodents entering the house and eating wiring and plumbing of appliances. I needed a new water line put in for my new refrigerator. Mike was very professional and easy to communicate with. He showed up a little early and I was in a meeting and he waited patiently for me to finish. He explained everything that he was doing as he went along and he put the line in so that it wasn't visible. With most repair guys you have to deal with the clean up but Mike straightened up the area he was working in after he was done (He fixed the rugs back the way they were too). Mike is just awesome and a true professional who takes pride in his work! He doesn't show up just to rush through your job and get to the next spot. It's just he's doing plumbing work at his own house. He's done a toilet installation at our house and work on our kitchen sink. Both times he showed up on time, inspected everything and carefully did the work and checked everything for about 15-20 minutes afterwards to make sure nothing was loose or leaked. Mike is professional, polite, and thoughtful. He responded promptly and showed up on time. I had him install 3 toilets. The major work was done the first day, and he came back the second day to seal them -- giving it time to check for any leaks first. After the job was done, the space was left clean and tidy.
