At the time, I was explicitly told that everything would be fully covered and that I would owe nothing out of pocket. Fast forward to December 18th -- one week before Christmas -- I receive a call stating that I now owe $1,000 for a deductible. This is the first time I was ever informed of this. There were no prior calls, emails, or written communication explaining that I would be responsible for any deductible. The explanation I was given was that the insurance company initially told them everything would be covered, and after I signed the paperwork, they later changed course -- yet no one thought to notify me. That is an unacceptable failure in communication and customer service. To make matters worse, the representative I spoke with showed poor communication skills and offered no accountability or meaningful resolution. Springing a $1,000 charge on a customer months later, right before the holidays, due to internal miscommunication is completely unprofessional. This company does not communicate clearly and does not protect its customers. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company and taking your business elsewhere.

Within about 20 minutes I had about four different carpet cleaners reach out to me with different pricing options and their available dates. It's a such an awesome feature! Oxi Fresh Carpet cleaning had one of the best prices and they were available on the day we needed them. They kept us updated with the service date via text and email, which was a great reminder during this busy time. They did an awesome job and were done in about an hour and a half. The thing I love about Oxi cleaners is they don't use foamy shampoos to clean the carpets. So the carpets are dry within about 30 to 45 minutes. This way you're not waiting around for hours for your carpet to dry. We've used other carpet cleaners In the past that do the deep cleaning with shampoo and yes, maybe the carpets do look a little cleaner, but not by much. Well, before I got my kitchen sink fixed, I'd had a kitchen misstep that made a mess of the area rug in my kitchen. First world problems and all, I wanted it fixed but due to its size I was having a hard time finding someone to clean it. Per ushe, I turned to the Jelps and found Pro-Care. Working with Pro-Care was incredibly easy. They've turned on the Request-A-Quote feature, so I was able to give all my details, needs and wants within one platform.
