I spent my day off picking up a cleaned area rug.*…read more Remember that plumber review? Well, before I got my kitchen sink fixed, I'd had a kitchen misstep that made a mess of the area rug in my kitchen. First world problems and all, I wanted it fixed but due to its size I was having a hard time finding someone to clean it. Per ushe, I turned to the Jelps and found Pro-Care. Working with Pro-Care was incredibly easy. They've turned on the Request-A-Quote feature, so I was able to give all my details, needs and wants within one platform. They messaged me back pretty quickly and gave me a fair quote. They have a money-back deal for first-time customers but my rug size didn't make me applicable. They promised, though, to keep my discount on file for future use. I drove my rug over to Fesslers Lane and it was ready for pick up in, about, two weeks. The rug was as good as new and I was a happy customer. Honestly, the toughest part of the experience was scheduling a pick up and drop off time. 8-430 isn't easy** but adulting is if you know how to do it right. *Among other errands. ** First-world problems.

I left a google review about my recent experience with this company and they commented to my post…read morebut I was unable to respond to it so I'll do that here. I was dissatisfied with my one and only service from this company. When I called and emailed them the same day about my experience, I was ignored. Saying that my google review is a week too late and outside a 48 hour satisfaction window is ridiculous cause I tried multiple times and never heard back. The google review wasn't a way to contact you guys again, it was just to share my honest experience. Also, the cleaning did not take 16 hours as you say, it was only 8 hours and 15 minutes. Also, the home has 3400 sq of living/cleaning space, trust the homeowner more than a Zillow listing. The garage is the extra 300 which isn't part of a cleaning. Anyway, the two ladies arrived at 11:30 and left at 3:45pm. I have the timestamp from the phone arrival and text from finishing since I wasn't home during the service. Maybe I was supposed to stay the whole time and watch but I trusted this company. The comment about it being $918 vs $1000 cleaning is irrelevant since the difference is negligible and I applied the discount myself with a code I found, y'all didn't try to help me out or had special customer service when booking so please don't boast about that discount price. If you guys truly made this exception out of the goodness of your hearts, I wish you would have had better communication, especially since this was an expensive cleaning. Nevertheless, I don't blame the cleaners, I blame the customer service. They ignored my follow ups, which included asking about reoccurring cleanings incase my location could work and they would clean better the next time. I was happy to work with them on a future solution if it was possible but never heard back. Just needed you to say you did a job and cannot provide cleanings in the future due to location or anything. Not ghost. You replied so fast on google, it should have been easy to contact me back. In the future, please just say sorry to hear about your experience and thank you for the feedback, that's all. Thanks

5 years of a client relationship ruined!…read more The ladies usually do a good job, however the last time was a DISASTER. First, they rushed through cleaning (2 ladies normally take 2.5 hours to do our home, they magically did it in 1 hour this time??) Then, as soon as I walked into the kitchen I saw our counters....THEY WERE RUINED! We have polished marble and it looks like one of the ladies used some kind of cleaner they weren't supposed to and etched the heck out of them on the day of a holiday party. I informed them immediately and sent them photos and instead of apologizing and offering a solution they gaslit me and claimed none of their employees could have done this. Specifically: "They said they been at your house couple times and they always use the same product for the kitchen, don't know what could do that" I asked if they had insurance so we could just file a claim and get it fixed because obviously someone DID something, but again they insisted they weren't at fault and they only use eco friendly products.....(eco friendly products CAN still etch marble) "We do have insurance but we don't going to use it until we make sure we did it, the team said they cleaning the same way like always" They are the only ones who clean our counters, so who else could've done it in the 30 seconds between leaving my home and me walking into the kitchen? I was going to let them come back to assess the damage, but honestly after feeling gaslit about the situation and getting a $1500 quote from the marble refinisher, I just got a bad taste and don't want to deal with them anymore as I have a feeling they're just going to continue to deny it. I pay them $500 a month total in cleanings for over 5 years, that's over $30,000, so I expect to at least not have any damage in my home!

Last Wednesday, we had the pleasure of working with Sir Grout, and I cannot say enough good things…read moreabout their service. Their technician, Joe, arrived right on time to perform a deep restoration clean on our master bedroom walk in shower before we moved out of our rental home. Although the shower wasn't in bad shape, we wanted to leave it spotless for the homeowners who were moving back in. From the moment Joe arrived, his professionalism and demeanor stood out. He was punctual, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every step of the process before getting started. He then spent over three and a half hours meticulously cleaning, restoring, and sealing every surface, grout lines, tiles, and all. When he finished, we were absolutely stunned. The shower looked brand new, as if it had never been used before. The tiles gleamed, the grout lines were crisp and bright, and the entire space felt fresh and renewed. It was truly remarkable workmanship. I completely regret not taking before and after photos, as we were in the middle of moving out and didn't think to do it, but honestly, no written review could ever do Joe's work true justice. The transformation was that impressive. Overall, we couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Joe's dedication, skill, and attention to detail reflect the exceptional quality that defines Sir Grout. We will absolutely use them again and would highly recommend Sir Grout to anyone looking for top tier tile and grout restoration services. Manny and Angela, Brentwood, TN

We had them come out to clean our home for a deep clean. They did not complete a deep clean at all…read more They did not even wipe down the tables which had nothing on them. They did not vacuum or mop our hardwood floors. They did not dust any surfaces and only cleaned half of the kitchen. They then called and blamed us for the fact that they did not do more claiming we had too much dust/dirt in the home and have stains on the carpet (we have an older dog who has accidents which unfortunately have left stains but the carpet has been professionally cleaned and treated within the past week--unfortunately the stains will not come out). They made up things about our home which they told their supervisor (who was not in the home) to justify not completing the job. They now expect to be paid for the hours they were here when it honestly does not look like they did anything. When we left, they were cleaning part of the kitchen and they apparently just stopped cleaning after we left because nothing else was done other than that part of the kitchen. It seems like the crew did not want to be here cleaning or to do a deep cleaning, so they skipped out. Their website states a 100% satisfaction guarantee and that they are professional. So far they have been very unprofessional. We will see if they actually keep their guarantee. We are currently waiting for a call back from the supervisor to resolve this issue. We have had maid services before and thought this one sounded good. we have NEVER had this bad of an experience and will be going back to our previous maid service. I will update this review once I hear back from the supervisor. I hope they make it right.
