We had them come out to clean our home for a deep clean. They did not complete a deep clean at all. They did not even wipe down the tables which had nothing on them. They did not vacuum or mop our hardwood floors. They did not dust any surfaces and only cleaned half of the kitchen. They then called and blamed us for the fact that they did not do more claiming we had too much dust/dirt in the home and have stains on the carpet (we have an older dog who has accidents which unfortunately have left stains but the carpet has been professionally cleaned and treated within the past week--unfortunately the stains will not come out). They made up things about our home which they told their supervisor (who was not in the home) to justify not completing the job. They now expect to be paid for the hours they were here when it honestly does not look like they did anything. When we left, they were cleaning part of the kitchen and they apparently just stopped cleaning after we left because nothing else was done other than that part of the kitchen. It seems like the crew did not want to be here cleaning or to do a deep cleaning, so they skipped out. Their website states a 100% satisfaction guarantee and that they are professional. So far they have been very unprofessional. We will see if they actually keep their guarantee. We are currently waiting for a call back from the supervisor to resolve this issue. We have had maid services before and thought this one sounded good. we have NEVER had this bad of an experience and will be going back to our previous maid service. What an amazing company. I had the pleasure of meeting owner, Susan, at an event and knew I had to use her services. Not only does she and her team use quality, eco-friendly products, she has amazing staff. We've had the pleasure of having Davionne in our home and her attention to detail is unlike anyone/company we've ever worked with before. We opted for the deep-clean for our first visit and are so glad we did. It was so worth it to get a clean base and made it easier for us to maintain and easier when they came back. Ceiling to floors, baseboards and everything in between were cleaned with detail that had be feeling such relief! Every room looks and smells fresh without a toxic scent left behind because they use non-toxic cleaning product. What a dream! While going through breast cancer treatment this was very important to us. Their communication is phenomenal and an email is sent to confirm making it much easier for our busy lives! I have been having Simply Pure Home clean my house for about a year and they just get better and better! I had been gone for a week and had family in the house and dog sitters so you can imagine how much it needed to be cleaned. When Im gone my husband doesnt make the bed, too many pillows.
