I had several quotes to get the pool cleaned and running again, some of these other companies really tried to gouge me and upcharge me on things I did not want. Bob came out and gave me a very reasonable quote and did not try to upcharge me on anything. Once the pool got cleaned out I decided I should refinish it and add a sundeck. Again they could of gave me an outrageous quote since half the job was done but once again I was given a very reasonable number. Communication was great by phone, text and email. The guys who came out to do the work were very friendly and professional. The job got done in a reasonable amount of time and the pool looks fantastic. The company was know as Walker pools previously but now called Affordable so you can look up both to find them. If I ever need pool repairs again they will be the first ones I call. Really great job.

We appreciated that the company provided an itemized breakdown of the costs for us so we knew exactly where every dollar spent was going towards. Dan also did a wonderful job creating a unique design for our pool/spa combo. Every other company that came out to give us quotes just drew a basic rectangle shaped pool, but Dan really put time and thought into his design and it showed! We also appreciated that Larsen's provided an all-in quote and would return funds if things weren't needed (like well points), compared to other companies that provided us lower quotes to "win the business", but then said there could be additional expenses. As finance professionals, we like to know exactly how much the project could cost and really appreciated this approach. Once construction began we worked with Jason and things moved quickly! We did have some weather delays, but that was to be expected. My husband is a bit of a perfectionist, so he was constantly checking on the detail of work being completed. If he wanted something changed or corrected, we just let Jason know and a crew was out to make it perfect for us, no questions asked. Thankfully, Elite Pool Designs put all of our fears to rest thanks to their amazing customer service, fair prices and excellent, high quality work. We previously had a koi pond in our backyard but, as the fish died out, realized we wanted something else back there instead. We reached out to Elite Pool and Cyndi and she came over the next day to assess our yard. As we had no idea where to start, she helped guide us through the whole process, connecting us with surveyors, tree removal experts and all of the other hidden things you don't think about when you decide "I want a pool". After the work to get the yard ready was done, we went to the Elite Pool offices to pick out the tile, lining and design of the pool. Cyndi walked us through the shape and features we wanted, and provided a very reasonable quote for everything, including, automation, a heater for the pool (hey it DOES sometime get cold here!) and a screen enclosure. Construction for the pool started in October 2024 and finished in late January 2025, and our hat goes off to Robert (owner of Elite Pool) for his help with managing the entire project. Crews arrived as needed and on time, and though there were some periods between steps where not a lot of work was being done, it was never unreasonable and given the holidays, totally fair. Inspection and electrical were simple and easy and now we are ready to enjoy our pool! For anyone in our same position, looking to install a pool from scratch but not sure where to turn, Elite Pool Design should be your first call, can't recommend them highly enough!
