The first time I booked with this company, they deep cleaned my house, but in the process of cleaning my house they dropped a plant which is fine that's not really a big deal, but then they never said anything to me about it. They did clean around the area but as soon as I lifted the dog bed(where the plant fell), there was dirt all over the floor. Now that should've been my sign to never book with them again, but I decided to give them another chance. The second "deep clean", I felt like they could've done a better job, but the service was done and I just don't think it was worth it and I could have done the same job myself FOR FREE. The kitchen counters were still dirty, the house looked like they barely wiped down at all. This last time that I booked with them, I booked my appointment for 9 AM. I am going to insert screenshots of the response that I received from whoever is responsible for talking with customers. This was a very unprofessional way to respond despite them being late. They were 50 min late, there was no apology or thank you for your patience, nothing. I felt like it was extremely unprofessional, rude and I will never book with them again. I do not recommend this company, and the overall value and service is not worth the amount of money that they charge.

She was very thorough and professional. She gave us a quote that was competitive with other cleaning companies, and as the business owner, she seemed more hands on, and knew what she was talking about. We decided to use Mother & Daughter's services. The house was very dirty from top to bottom. And that's how they cleaned, from top to bottom. They cleaned the ceiling fans, windows inside and out, including the window casings. Wiped the baseboards, shined the wood floors. The kitchen was horrendous. Ms. Flood's team cleaned the all cabinets inside and out. The cabinets shelves had paper lining on them, that had been there so long, it was literally stuck to the shelves, and had to be chemically removed. They were able remove it, shelf by shelf, what a job that must have been. They thoroughly cleaned both bathrooms, and even cleaned the unfinished side of the basement which was another whole level of dirty. It took her team two whole days to finish the job.
