They did the downstairs and both of my bathrooms. The bathrooms were done really really well. They cleaned the kitchen too, and I can't even believe they washed and put a sink full of dishes in the dishwasher and unloaded my dishwasher, that was a significant lift. I have hardwood floors all throughout and I couldn't really tell if they mopped the floors or not. I saw some stains that were inside before I left and still there when I came back. That and the tardiness is the only reason why I won't give it five stars.

They had many times when they changed the time of day to the mornings. I let this happen one time but after that I had to turn them away. My house is 3,600 sq feet. There were three times they sent only one person to clean my home and although the cleaner each time did their best, each time they were unable to finish the job after 3.5 hours and had to leave. I still had to pay the same amount. The last time they were at my house they had a single cleaner and she broke my electric blanket which was more than the price I would pay to have the house cleaned. I called several times to speak to a manager or someone who could help me settle the issue but no one has called me back after 10 days. I will no longer work with them. I think they recently changed management, they used to be better than this.
