Paul made our home livable!…read more I cannot recommend this carpet cleaning service highly enough. Paul came to our new rental on very short notice (same week), he arrived early, and he was very efficient in his work. In under an hour, Paul pulled a pound of cat hair from our carpets and lightened the color of the carpets by at least three shades from dark brown to tan by pulling up years with of dirt. The carpets made the entire house smell bad, and he eliminated the odor. The carpets are 10 years old, and now they feel fresh and clean. He pretreated there carpets and made sure to get in the corners where there was cat hair. I am so grateful to him for his efforts and the time he took to help us. I wish I had taken a before and after photo because we were shocked by the results.

We found a smart toilet and tile that we liked, so we purchased it and had it on site when the remodel started. Jerry managed the project from start to finish making sure that everything ran smoothly. Anthony was always available and very and very informative about project details and tidelines. Gabe installed the shower and floor tile and did an incredible job. He exceeded our expectations. The large niche is exactly what I wanted. He had a nice selection of high quality, but reasonably priced, flooring covering options and helped us identify the LVP flooring we were trying to match in our new house. Due to construction delays, we put the selection of new flooring on hold. A few weeks later my contactor removed some of the existing LVP floor to do foundation work. When my contractor was then unable to reinstall the floor, we panicked since it was critical for the next stage of our remodel. I immediately reached out to Alexander at Emerald Installation. He was AMAZING! Alexander came over that same afternoon and reinstalled the flooring. It was beautiful, and just in time for the next stage of construction.
