After that, he was required to inspect the septic every quarter (aerobic septic system). We called and complained after we were unable to get him to respond to our calls and texts when a sprinkler head had broken off. After a month of attempts, the county called him and he called right back. He is required to leave a copy of the inspection report with the owner on each visit. He never left one. When I called the county and obtained the dates he says he had done inspections, I reviewed the cameras around the house and he had never been to our home. Claude promised to take care of us and leave a note on each visit. He came out and replaced the sprinkler head. We thought this had been resolved, till now. Fast forward a year later and a sprinkler head had broken again. Once more, we were unable to reach him, so hired someone else to handle the repair. We also found out the county had, once again, received all the reports every three months, yet Claude Hoffman had not appeared on any camera, including the one pointed at the gate to the septic in the back yard. Turns out, many septic people do not do the required inspections, but this company actually lied and filed those reports as if they had been here. Since they have no digital footprint and show up as a pool company, no-where to add a review, so adding our own reviews, so people will not go through what we have gone through. Claude may be nice, he may set your septic up well, but I get the distinct feeling that he makes quite a living setting up aerobic systems for people and getting contracts and not going back. Be warned, this company is not worth doing business with.
