Really enjoyed meeting and getting our rugs and bathroom floor cleaned by Scentex!…read more We recently moved and didn't have time to get our rugs cleaned before we left our old home in Dallas area. I have a 'persian'-like rug that we've had in our family for about 40 years or so. Another that came with the house and one smaller one that I'd used in my old kitchen for 15 years. Also the grout in bathroom floor was nearly back and it wasn't supposed to be. Brian came on a Saturday, accompanied by his son. They were both very nice and did a terrific job getting the dog smells, dust, dirt etc out of these rugs... I mean they were so bad I wouldn't let them in the house until they cleaned up their act! Now I am very happy and proud to have them back in the house! Thanks guys! Can't wait until you come do our couches!!!

(was estimated 3 days was done in 2. The approval from POA took longer than the fence being built). Also not only was the amazing work done in a timely manner the customer service that Kevin has is outstanding. We are new to Bastrop area and familiar with HOA but not POA. Kevin did a great job walking us through the process and even provided a drawing and photos for us to turn in. Which helped with the approval process to go smoothly. Needless to say would recommend to anyone and everyone. Definitely keeping contact info for future projects.

I had him come out to my apartment to clean my vomit stained couch and carpet (sorry to gross you out-it wasn't my best week) and not only was he really nice and professional but he just seemed like a really happy go lucky kind of guy. I've gone with big name companies before but they are never as easy to work with. Not to mention on prices-he was willing to work on my carpet stain for free after having worked on my couch (which I paid for) and did a great job on both. Honestly, if you're weird about strangers in your house (which I kind of am) I know this guy is harmless and good at what he does.
