I tried to get a hold of the owner to tell them that there was a problem with it and he ghosted us. I tried to call multiple times and the office clerk ignored our calls on purpose. We had a friend call and they immediately answered offering their services. We had to have another person redo our entire septic and they said that they have to go behind this company all the time. A high water alarm went off, so I had Anytime Septic come evaluate the issue. The said the repair would cost over $4,000, new pump, new float, repair deteriorating walls, etc. I got a 2nd opinion, he said the pump was working fine, the only thing wrong was that the float was not connected, and when he connected it, that fixed the problem. He said he could tell that the pump had not even been pulled out and looked at. Was the entire repair made up or do they just not know how to do repair work? Be careful of this company. read more

We paid for a new septic lid for my 80 year-old mother's home. It was installed (permanently affixed) to the board that was intended to temporarily cover the old cracked lid. When attempting to speak with someone, I was told the person was not available. Every time I called back, it went straight to voicemail. When calling from another phone moments later, the call was answered, placed on hold (without notification), and disconnected. Trevor came out to our property about a month ago, while he was very nice and helpful trying to help us locate a 40 year old septic system, which he did not locate mind you, it's what happened afterwards that left us upset. He came on a Wednesday for about 2 hours and said that he would contact my mother-in-law on that Friday to let her know when he could/would come back that following week to complete what needed to be done. After not contacting us on that Friday, my mother-in-law called the following Monday and was told she would be contacted soon on when he could come back out. They never called back, or sent a courtesy text, she has called twice and left voicemails just to be ignored. We really wanted to like them because of all the good reviews, but not coming back to finish a job or at least coming back to clean up the mess he left is uncalled for. We understand that our septic system and the story behind it is a little overwhelming, but all they had to do was communicate with us that it was too much of a job for them to complete and we would have found somebody else. When I called to have our septic tank pumped out I was told the maximum price I would be charged. After they pumped our tank out he wanted me to pay $100 more. Then he gave me a price to replace our tank. We scheduled them to replace it after agreeing on the cost. They wanted me to pay by cash and they wanted me to pay more than half of the agreed upon amount up front. I said I would but I needed something in writing from them about the whole deal. I bought a property with a system already in place, but had no idea on its condition. I called to have it checked out and discovered that several of the pipes leading to the tank were cracked and it appears that some were burnt !?! How does that happen? Our tech was very professional and went right to work digging up all the worn-out pipes, emptied the old tank, and did more than was required. He fixed a broken outlet that wasn't part of the system in order to protect the one being used. We just recently use them to clean our septic tank. Wanted to start the new decade fresh. We received a response to our message that we had left within 12 hours. The appointment was made for a few days later. My husband requested twice that they would call on their way. That did not happen. They were an hour and a half late from the original appointment. When he arrived, he seemed to be in a hurry to get back on the road when he was the one behind schedule. So we called back and the block our number. Tried off another number and when my husband said they never showed up at noon the lady hanged up on my husband and block that number also. I would never use this company again. They first came out in November of 2021 only 5 weeks after I moved into this Property. This is my first experience living in a house with a Septic system. He said the system was faulty and it would need to be replaced at a cost of $12,500.00 but he would see what he could do to make it work. He never tried to locate the actual tank. He claimed ir was too old and buried too deep to access with no way pump it out. So he pumped out all he said he could thru the sewer trap located near the house. Flash forward to July 2022. The toilet would no longer flush. So being Naive and uneducated about Septic systems, I called him back out to pump it out again. He showed up and charged me$630.00 after giving me a receipt for $600.00. Which was paid by Visa. The toilet flushed twice, So i called him back to find out why my toilet would not flush and he was extremely rude and aggressive on the phone. Claimed he told me there was no guarantee and He had told me it would not work and I should be glad it lasted as long as it did the first time he came out. I was SOL and he wasnt coming back or refunding my$630.00, but he could bring back the water he pumped out and put it in my yard. So I contacted another service( 24/7) who came out and spent over an hour trying to locate the tank , which we could not. He advised me to get a copy of the permit plan when the system was installed in 1985, which i did . He came out the next day and with the drawing in hand he dug around and amazingly found the tank and spent three hours digging til we found the lid to pump the tank. Which he did and it solved my problem. 24/7 did not charge me for the first trip he was here because he did not find the tank and solve my problem, However he did find the tank on the second time out and solved the problem. And it did not require a $12,500,00 new system as the guy from Anytime Septic was trying to force on me, DO NOT USE ANYTIME SEPTIC. THEY ARE DISHONEST and WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT RESOLVING YOUR PROBLEM. read more
