We hired them to build a porch on our beach place, and after meeting Mark we liked him so much we decided to expand the project into replacing the siding as well. We knew there was some water damage in one wall, but didn't realize how bad it was. The covenant team replaced the windows and rebuilt the wall, and the woodwork they did was incredible. Our home has never looked better! After the siding was done, we just could not let them go, and hired them again to tear out a 35 year old carpet and replace it with vinyl flooring. We keep finding little corners and details where the team easily could have cut corners, but instead took all the little extra steps to make sure the job was seamless and beautiful. Covenant is a family operation and it shows in everything they do. They are so friendly, courteous, thorough, and professional! We live I DC and it is nearly impossible to find such quality craftsmanship and deep commitment to customers and polished jobs. The community our home is in can be very persnickety when it comes to permitting / approvals / bureaucracy, but the Covenant team took care of all the nitty gritty.
