Then, this week a neighbors Sisso started creeping into my yard. Called to have them come out and kill off the root that was in my yard. When speaking to Brittni on the phone she was so thorough in getting all the info and was knowledgeable about what the process would be. She made sure it worked with my schedule, and left copious notes for the person who would come out. Then I spoke with Howard about the sprouts, and he guided me through the process of solving the issue on my own without them. He knew this was an easily solved problem and essentially gave up a job because it was the honest thing to do. Incredible! Honest, knowledgeable, hardworking. We read the reviews, and picked Three Trees. Octavio was from the first moment friendly, open, and reasonable. We asked for a quote on Friday night and he showed up Saturday morning, armed with an extremely fair quote, and less than an hour and a half later was finished - and the trees look fantastic! Trimmed beautifully as we requested, and all of the waste cleaned up as if it was never there. He was friendly, got the job done and did it right, and made me feel as if his service was a good investment - which is all you can ask for from a service contractor. Plus, our trimmed trees don't look like scraggly, naked trees - they are still full and aesthetic. We are definitely going to use Three Trees again, and if you want quick, skilled service at a great value, you will too!

I've since tried repeatedly to do exactly that and have been ignored. I contacted Octavio multiple times about a friend's storm-damaged mesquite. No response. Now my own tree needs additional work, so I contacted him again about the tree he previously serviced. He read the message and, again, no response. He even ignored my neighbor's requests for service. Just no response. I understand being busy or not wanting a job. A simple "Sorry, I'm not available" takes a few seconds. Repeatedly reading messages from previous customers and simply ignoring them is unprofessional. His original work was good, but that doesn't matter much if you can't get him to respond when you need tree service. I won't be contacting Three Tree Services again.

I called Jason of Bros Tree Care (BTC) because I had admired his crew's work on a neighbor's yard awhile back. Jason answered my call in person and came out at the end of the day to assess my situation. I gave him a long list of needed services. I asked him to straighten and re-stake the toppled mesquite, prune and trim three other large trees, remove an agave, cut out dead branches from a yucca, and shape some bushes. He provided a comprehensive estimate and a total price his competitors could not match. He and his crew of three brothers came out on a boiling hot Saturday and began working with exceptional efficiency, safety, and expertise. It was amazing to watch their coordinated efforts, especially when all four of them pounded huge stakes into my rocky soil to re-secure my fallen mesquite. I thanked them all for their super-human work and wondered how they had the energy to go on to their next job. I am writing this review six weeks after the services provided by BTC. My re-staked fallen tree has survived three wind storms and a torrential microburst (60+ mph). Thanks to practical and artistic pruning cuts, my other trees have leafed out and look better than ever. I know I will need additional yard work, so I will be calling Jason again and recommending BTC to friends and neighbors. BTC merits more than five stars for their achievements. Thanks for exceptional service, expertise, and reliability! Greg, Scottsdale, AZ
