I took them on a tour of the home and they were not instantly scared away which was a great start. Then they mentioned that they are also certified organizers as well! We have no idea that was a thing. We had them come in and clean and organize our main living areas. We gave him full freedom to work their magic and we were SHOCKED at how amazing our home looked. They cleaned a corner of the living room that was the "corner of death" full of boxes and random junk that didn't have a home and they found a home for all of it. We had them come back 3 weeks later to help organize our upstairs guest bedrooms (junk rooms) and the level of care and love they put into their work is apparent. When we were finally able to reschedule (over 30 days later), I was informed that I would need to pay the initial service fee again. I respectfully reminded her that the previous delays were largely due to her same-day cancellations, and it did not feel fair for that charge to fall on me. Following that pricing discussion, she canceled the appointment entirely via text and said she did not want to continue services. While she was kind in communication, the overall experience felt unreliable and unprofessional. I'm sharing this so others are aware that last-minute rescheduling and unexpected additional charges may occur. I'm relieved I only paid the initial service fee once, but unfortunately I would not consider this a dependable service.
