This company, sheesh, where do I start!! We are a small mom and pop shop and Unifirst has been a…read morecomplete nightmare from the very beginning! They consistently lose or do not return items that were handed into them weekly. I'm sure it's because they have such a large employee turnover who never truly get a grasp of the job specifics. We have had so many delivery drivers service our account, it's crazy. They even cancelled one of my employee's uniforms completely and we had to wait a month to get uniforms again. Then the "manager" stopped in and accused us of having something to do with the uniform cancellation. He stated that we would have to push five buttons on their tablet to cancel an employee's uniform. I asked him if he was accusing me of pushing those buttons?! The guy was completely rude and combative in front of customers that were in our showroom, with no apologies for the issues we were having. We have lost track of how many times our employees have had missing garments. Unifirst never takes ownership of any mistakes and then they bill you for it! Then it is our headache to call/email the reps and fight to make it right. From missing buttons and broken zippers that were never fixed after tagging them and telling the delivery drivers about it, to missing and dirty garments on a weekly basis. In short, this place provides absolutely horrible service! Anyone who reads this should consider another uniform company. After multiple breaches of the contract by Unifirst, the contract was terminated by us and Unifirst had the nerve to bill me for the rest of the full term of the contract and hired a lawyer to collect for services Unifirst will never perform.

Their "Deep Clean" service included organizing things that were strewn all over the place, vacuuming, moping, dusting, and cleaning floors, countertops, doorframes, appliances, etc. Engaging them was easy with a few Yelp messages and then the appointment was set up for the next day. Sent them some images of the areas so they knew what to expect and then they came and their team cleaned the whole house as requested. Whenever I need a full cleaning of the house ever again, I definitely am calling them back! 5 Stars!
