We've had a few different ladies come, but I am always very impressed at their level of detail with the basic house cleaning. It is honestly the BEST day when I know they are coming -- I wake up so excited knowing that in a few hours my home will be gorgeous! For example, they obviously mop, dust, etc, the normal things you would expect, but they also take out the trash, make the beds, tidy up (it's always so cute going into the nursery and seeing they arranged the stuffed animals on the rocking chair, etc). Today I noticed she literally wiped the soap residue off our our hand soap dispensers and washed the few dirty dishes I had in the sink. I really appreciate them! They are also super easy to communicate with - I appreciate that you can text! I've had to reschedule our cleaning twice and both times they accommodated me last minute and were really nice about it. I see there are some negative reviews here for more deep cleaning services - I have only done the regular cleaning for our 3 bedroom house so I maybe its different in deep cleaning scenarios but I am thrilled with the regular cleaning!
