The Issues: * Missed Areas: The door hinges, rubber chassis-to-door boots, and front under-bumper spoiler were left completely filthy. The two front rims also had dirt left in the crevices. * Overspray: Engine shampoo dressing was left splattered over my wiper arms, lower windshield, grill, and license plate frame. * Poor Service: There was a white stain on my rear seat. The shop insisted it was "permanent paint" and couldn't be removed. I used a cheap over-the-counter upholstery cleaner at home, and it came right off. The Resolution: I sent photo proof to the owner. He initially tried to excuse it but eventually apologized and offered a touch-up. I declined the offer. My gas and time to drive back and forth would not be compensated. I did all the touch-ups myself to get the car looking right. I believe that detailing shops should pay attention to details--that is what it is all about--no matter the age or value of the car. I paid good money for a professional job and got a sloppy one. I will not be returning, nor can I recommend their services.

I picked up this time spot from my $67.79 receipt today. The interior of the SUV was poorly cleaned, with little attention to detail. I drove off assuming it had been cleaned properly. Unfortunately, this was not the case. When I reached my destination in Burlington for shopping, I dropped my keys in between the seats. When I bent down to look underneath the seats, I discovered that these had not been cleaned at all. There were bits & pieces of garbage and other items that should have been vacuumed properly. Orange peels, and other debris. I live in Oakville about 20 mins away from Denny's Oakville, so it would be a 40 min run and waiting time for me to come-back to show you. It is a waste of time for me to comeback and forth from home. This place is a PIGSTY!!! STAY AWAY!!!…read more I visited this car wash on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, and had a very disappointing and frustrating experience. While my SUV was inside the car wash, the system suddenly stopped. One of the attendants then jumped into my vehicle, drove it off the tracks, and in doing so damaged both of my rims. When I questioned why they would drive the vehicle off the track without first checking what had happened, the staff lied and claimed they had warned me that damage could occur due to the size of my tires. This is completely untrue--the attendant personally directed me into the wash, and I paid for the service at the front desk like every other customer. The staff and management refused to take responsibility for the damage, showing a complete lack of professionalism. The owner even came out and denied any fault, despite the obvious circumstances. To make matters worse, the facility itself is in very poor condition--the tracks are bent, equipment looks old and poorly maintained, and overall, it's not a place I would even trust to wash a toy car. I strongly recommend avoiding this car wash. Please see attached photos to understand the condition of the facility.

The man who answered the phone was almost the mirror opposite of the girl who answered in Vaughan. Literally the most genial person I have spoken with over the phone since I can remember. He booked the appointment for me within a weeks time with no hassle or attitude. And even asked me at the end of our conversation whether I had any questions for him and that he wanted to address any concerns I had. I was a little taken back. What a sincere approach to customer service! I felt he really broke the mold and quite honestly made me insta-loyal to them although I've never used the service before. When I went to the appointment the office was mostly empty, but not a minute later, a nice neat line began piling up behind me, like a stack of dominoes; I guess quality and congeniality breed loyalty. The lady told me it would take an hour and they were pretty accurate with that estimate as they called me almost right after an hour. The lady was courteous and professional as she handed me back my keys with a smile. If the rust proofing is as good as it's genuine service, I will definitely return come future winters.

My car looks and smells like it just came off the dealership lot. The front mats, which were covered in salt, now look brand new. I honestly wish I had taken before-and-after photos to show the difference--it's that noticeable. I will definitely be using this service again. The only downside is that he doesn't work on Sundays, but the quality of his work makes it well worth planning around his schedule.
