The property is almost an hour away for me, and I drove there specifically to unlock the home and meet the cleaner at the scheduled appointment time. Right when the appointment was supposed to begin, I received a message saying she could not make it because the drive was "too far." This was disappointing because the address had already been provided in advance, and travel distance should have been considered before confirming the booking. I normally understand when emergencies happen, but after reading another review describing the exact same issue -- a last-minute cancellation because the location was too far -- this seems more like a pattern than a one-time situation. Professional communication and reliability are extremely important, especially when clients are arranging schedules and driving long distances. Unfortunately, this experience was a major inconvenience and wasted a significant amount of my time and money. This pushes back my rental turnover time. To your response: You knew the area our home was located days in advance, and the exact location the day before. Yet you waited until the time of our appointment to cancel because it was inconvenient for you. (Not because of an emergency, which would be understanding) We took time off of work to drive an hour to open our rental for you. Thank you very much for wasting our time.

Unfortunately, this second experience was completely different. I was told they would arrive between 9:00am-10:00am, but after multiple calls throughout the day, they didn't show up until 3:00pm. The crew that arrived did not speak English, rushed through the job, and the quality of the cleaning was poor. I had to go back and clean numerous streaks myself, and there was still bird droppings left on several windows afterward. The worst part, however, was the damage they caused to four of my window screens. One worker even knocked on my door to ask my husband to help bend a damaged screen back into shape and force it back into the window frame. (You can clearly see their cleaning supplies in the background of the attached photo of window #1.) The screens are now bent and damaged to the point that several windows can no longer be properly opened because the gaps are so large that bugs and debris can get inside. One window will not open at all because the damaged screen is obstructing it. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue and request reimbursement, Perfectionist Cleaning claimed the screens were already damaged before they arrived. That makes absolutely no sense considering we could open all of our windows before the cleaning, and now we cannot. My husband also sent photos of the damage, and they responded by claiming the photos were of "different windows." We are honest Christian people who simply wanted our windows cleaned and instead ended up with damaged property and a company refusing to take responsibility. With a baby on the way, we cannot afford the unexpected cost to replace multiple window screens ourselves. After reading other recent reviews, it appears this may be becoming a pattern for this company -- damage customers' property and refuse to fix it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The only negative is that with my prior cleaning company I'm used to a smelling the cleaning agent so that it smells clean and having the decorative fold on the toilet paper. Not sure if they use natural products, but if you like the smell of cleanliness, I'd ask that they use those products when they clean your home.

The booking process was quick and communication leading up to the appointment was prompt, which I appreciated. However, I was shocked when only one cleaner arrived to deep clean my 1,500 sq ft home. Every other cleaning service I've used has sent at least two people for a deep clean. Despite a 10:15 AM arrival, she was still not done by the hard 4:30 PM cutoff time I clearly communicated in advance. In fact, two rooms hadn't even been started by then, and I was late picking someone up from the airport as a result. Throughout the day, I had to keep asking her to go back and re-clean areas she said were already done. Even then, she seemed surprised when I pointed out very basic things that hadn't been addressed. There was still dirt on the counters, dust and fur under beds that I specifically mentioned needed attention, and the floors were not properly mopped. The trash wasn't taken out, and I was told that making the beds "wasn't included"--something I've never encountered with any cleaning service, let alone for a deep clean. One of the most frustrating parts was discovering permanent chemical streaks on my toilet lid and built-in child seat, which are now stained yellow. It's clear a product was sprayed and the child seat wasn't folded down and wiped, so the cleaner just dripped and dried into the material. That's not just poor service--that's damage to my property. I stayed home all day for this service and ended up having to re-clean multiple areas myself before guests arrived. When I reached out to the owner, I clearly explained the issues and even provided photos. I also explained that having the cleaner return wasn't an option because I had houseguests and needed everything done properly the first time. I only asked for a partial refund--not a full one--given the incomplete service and additional work I had to do myself. Rather than meet me halfway, communication stopped. There was no apology, no ownership, and no meaningful attempt to resolve the situation beyond offering to send the same cleaner back. That simply wasn't a feasible solution given the timing and circumstances. What started as a disappointing service turned into a frustrating, time-wasting, and now property-damaging experience. The lack of accountability and poor customer service is incredibly telling. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances.

They had a very reasonable price and these ladies work so hard. They really didn't leave a spot behind. At first I submitted a project through Yelp for cleaners, is how I found them, and they replied quickly to the message, and I would recommend following up with them through the phone number they provide in the message for communications. They came to our apartment initially to help us get a more accurate quote/ estimate, free of charge. We had a pretty big 2 bed 2 bath with a balcony and I requested the balcony to be cleaned too. We were quoted at $250 + 20 for the balcony. They were very flexible and available when it came to scheduling, and they cleaned from 11:30am- 430pm. The place was spotless, I'm jealous that it was a move out cleaning because my place had never looked better. The people that move into this place are lucky (; The cleaning ended up being $300 total but was totally worth it. I've never seen a place so clean. I highly recommend these ladies above all, they are very kind, understanding, hard working, and they found so many belongings in the house that I didn't even know were there (or where they were), but thankfully was able to grab it. They cleaned every part of this house from the baseboards, fans, refrigerator, oven, pantry, washer/ dryer, sinks, tubs, closets, everything you name it.
