They were incredibly professional and friendly and basically prevented my dryer from blowing out or my house from burning down. I was new in my home and had learned one of the houses in our development had burned down from a dryer vent blockage. Itzik found a terrible dryer vent blockage in my new (to me) home. It took them a while to clear it because the blockage was so dense. The fact that the vent was not opening properly on the outside of the house had shown up in the inspection report, which is why I called this company as well as for air duct cleaning after a bathroom remodel. My dryer vent is once again functional and they put a cage over it so birds could not nest inside. I later had them install insulation in my attic and they protected all of the can lights in my ceiling from insulation in the attic. There were many. He also installed a temperature-controlled fan in my attic for heat release. It made a huge difference in the temperature in my attic on hot days, dropping it by 10-20°. Worth it! Itzik is knowledgeable about many things, including the fact that my kitchen exhaust in the remodel was installed to non-code specifications. He noticed this while working in my attic and reported it to me. Since this was a new home to me, it did show up in my inspection report and it was nice to have someone knowledgeable and concerned directly communicate this to me. This review is somewhat mixed and I'm extremely disappointed to be leaving. we have a very perplexing duct issue that has puzzled others. when this company came out they too were a little puzzled but confident they could find and fix the issue. the technician was very professional, very knowledgeable and we were very impressed. he went out to his truck and wrote a quote and we agreed to talk it over and get back to him. We did. This is where things went south. we were informed they would not take a credit or debit card, paypal, venmo etc--- any process that would give us, the consumer, a layer of protection. cash or check only. AND we had to pay BEFORE THEY CAME OUT TO DO THE JOB. I emailed the owner thinking we had surely misunderstood and he never even bothered to respond. We lost $5000 once to a roofer we paid in advance - no way we're we going to pay over $1k before they started. read more

We have lived in our house over 40 years and never had the air ducts cleaned! Guess I missed that important step in home ownership somewhere. After being told our house smelled musty, I got quotes from three independent companies and two "big" companies (think carpet cleaners) to clean our two HVAC systems. It was no easy job! Although Clean Air Experts was not the cheapest, I hired them because they seemed the most intent on doing the job right. What a great decision! They were in our home a full 12 hours cleaning every nook and cranny of our systems. Our house immediately smells better and fresher. I'm so sorry I waited so long to hire this team! The guy from Clean Air Experts for my project was Itzik Ziv. Be very careful before you choose this contractor. Here're the reasons why. 1. Even the price was negotiated beforehand, they seek reasons to add $200+ service/purchase. 2. They moved the boards in my attic without notifying me. When I worked at my attic one day later, I stepped into a hole because they removed a board that was originally covering the hole above my drywall ceiling so my one leg stepped onto my drywall ceiling and broke it. My other leg was seriously injured!!! 3. The most annoying thing is that after they left, I can no longer reach them. When negotiate the price their response is very quick. But when they left, they no longer respond to my phone call, or short message or email. Never see any contractors doing this way. read more

We couldn't be happier with the quality of work we received with Clean Air Experts.  Isaac was VERY quick in replying to our online inquiry, and made time to come out the same day to provide us a free quote. I have never worked with a company that went so far out of their way to make sure that I was pleased with the service I was receiving.  From being sure to show his state licensing and liability insurance certificate, to only charging us for the cleaning of 10 supply vents, when we had 18 that needed to be cleaned.   The day Isaac came to clean our system he arrived punctually, and was quick and efficient at completing the work.  He covered and was very careful with our belongings, then thoroughly cleaned up after himself once he was finished.   While Isaac could not guarantee allergy relief for me, I must mention that I have FINALLY found some relief from the allergies that have been plaguing me since moving into our home 2 years ago.  Clean Air Experts deserves every bit of a 5 star rating. read more

I had Clean Air Experts clean all the ducts and returns in my home. I interviewed several other companies before choosing them. Another company supposedly cleaned them in November 2017, but I believe they only cleaned the returns for an exorbitant price. Clean Air is run by a man named Itzik(pronounced Isaac). He is reliable, shows up on time, completes the work, and checks out with you to let you know what has been accomplished. He takes the time to explain the process and even has a video to show what he does. Best of all, he is reasonable in price. I have a dual zone system, and went about the cleaning in two parts because I had been burned in 2017; and I wanted to see the quality of work before committing to the whole house. He offers other services also; like adding insulation to my ceiling, new hvac systems, complete duct replacement, if interested, instead of cleaning. Overall, I would highly recommend this company to clean those dirty ducts in your home. Give them a call. He will give you a free estimate. read more

I hired this company to check for mold in one of my ceiling vents. I have been so impressed with the expertise and honesty of this business!! They found and solved my problem and I have noticed a huge difference in the quality of air we're breathing in our home. The owner was so honest with us regarding his work and in giving us advice on potential problems. My husband recently had surgery and was unable to put up the new ceiling vents so the owner of Clean Air Experts offered to help us and came back and installed all our vents without a charge. I called Clean Air Experts to come to my home for duct cleaning services, the agreement was to receive a quote from this establishment upon inspecting the work that needed to be done. They agreed to come out 3 days after the initial phone call, which was a bit of a hassle for me since I would be receiving a new washer and dryer the following day and wouldn't be able to use the dryer until the duct was cleaned. During this time I was able to procure another Company to do the work the same day I would be receiving the washer and dryer. They quoted me on the spot for a rate that I deemed to be very reasonable. I then called Clean Air Experts to cancel my appointment with them, this was when the Owner of the business decided to be extremely unprofessional and speak to me as if I am a child. After I told him that I was able to get services much sooner than he could come and was quoted a certain amount, he lied and said I quoted a lower amount. This is not true as he never quoted me anything. He then proceeded to stop talking and ended the call. Conclusion: extremely unprofessional, and selfish. Go with someone else. read more
