It is a fairly level, rolling, layout with water that runs through the middle of the property. Water only comes into play on a couple of holes. The course has mature trees and is away from traffic for the most part. It features a complete 18 hole course layout with 4 sets of tee boxes, ranging in length from 4,600 - 6,300. A practice range and putting area is also available for practice before or after work; just minutes from the interstate 40/75 or Pellissippi Parkway. This course has been around since the seventies and is wonderful way to spend the morning or afternoon, unless golf doesn't relax you with your level of play. The have a pro-shop and cafe for eating before or after your round. A covered porch is available with a separate patio depending on the weather. My favorite thing here is the huge green space in the middle of the main loop. It lends the feel of a big city park because you can take a blanket and a book and sit on the trees, right in the middle of a somewhat busy community. The trail is well maintained, and our dog loves the trees and pond. Check out this little neighborhood gem!

The playground itself has a good amount of options for both big and little kids to explore, with bridges, poles, climbing areas, slides of differing sizes, etc. There is a separate swing area that has a few baby swings, a few normal swings, and then one of those ADA accessible plastic swings, with the bars that go over your shoulders like on a roller coaster ride. There was an abundance of standing water between the playground and pavilion and it hasn't rained particularly hard for awhile, so I can't imagine how soggy the playground and deep the water gets after stronger rains. You also need to pay very close attention to your young ones due to unobstructed/unrestricted access to the water very close by. So, if you have multiple kids to keep track of and/or a runner, you may want to bring an additional adult or skip this one.
