Our previous embroidery company had minimum quantity requirements that we just couldn't meet for our small business. We have polos and jackets that we need embroidered a couple times a year. Most of our orders are for under 25 pieces. The Owner, Yonka, is great to work with. She has never turned away our business due to small quantity of items. We purchased polos through Aviva Design and had them embroider them. But, primarily, what I do is bring them already purchased pieces to embroider. This has never been a problem with them. Other embroidery companies I've used in the past would not embroider customer-provided items. We are very particular about what pieces of clothing we put our logos on, so finding an embroidery company that will work on our pieces we bring to them is crucial. Aviva Design ensures that your artwork design and size will look perfect on your clothing items. Yonka showed me some thread options for my last order (it was a new logo that we hadn't had embroidery on yet). I really appreciated her showing me the options for the gold color. Aviva Design consistently meets my deadlines for embroidery. Drop off and pick up of items always goes smoothly. I fully recommend Aviva Design for anyone needing embroidery!

This location looks dated on the outside - I was skeptical that I would not find anything. As I walked inside, I was greeted by one of the associates. Off to a nice start! I immediately started looking through the women's aisle and within the first 5 minutes, I FOUND THE ITEM!!!!! I was screaming inside! I perused through the rest of the aisles and found other good items. This store has a lot of hidden gems! Maybe because this location is so deep within Concord/Clayton, it hardly gets picked through unlike the other stores off Diamond or Ignacio Valley, or even the one located in Moraga. I don't care how dated it looks, it's now my lucky store =). I'm definitely coming back!

With luck on my side, I was able to score a signed Alex Wood authentic jersey. My friend insisted I get it framed, so I looked around my local area and came across this location. Reading the reviews on here as well as other places, I had to give it a try. When I brought the jersey I , Austin assisted me right away. He asked me what and how I wanted things to be framed and informed me of the different colors that would match the jersey. At first, the price was higher than I budgeted, but he was able to shorten the dimensions of the frame by readjusting my jersey a bit more to a price I was comfortable with. He also asked if I wanted a name plate to help display the name of the jersey and I agreed with how reasonable that price was as well. Austin was very transparent with the entire process, from how long it takes and what he planned on doing, to the cost of each step of the way. He assisted me in keeping things at a fair budget and I appreciate his customer service and friendliness. I picked up my jersey the other day and I am amazed at how it turned out. The nameplate looked awesome and the jersey is on full display with the signature as well. The worker who finished my transaction was also helpful and showed me the proper way to hang it. I had no idea what style of chair I was looking for so lucky for me this store had a large variety to chose from. I was going to shop around a bit before making the purchase but I met the owner and he was so so so sweet and had a really funny sense of humor. I appreciate laughter. The chair I decided to go with was on back order but I was in no rush since I had a few months before my baby was due so that was not a problem. Once I received the chair from the manufacturer, it had a squeaking noise. A sound enough to drive yourself your crazy when trying to rock your baby to sleep. Not a good combination. I decided to call the store and spoke with the owner. He was EXTREMELY nice and worked REALLY HARD to resolve the issue. It took a few weeks for the manufacture to get back to the store owner but what I appreciated was the consistent line of communication on his end. He called multiple times updating me with any information he had and let me know I am still a priority in resolving the issue. It was eventually resolved and I couldn't be happier. This was easily one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I've had with any business.I went in looking for a sturdy bed frame and made it VERY clear to Tony that I did not want something flimsy or cheap because I've had one break before. I specifically asked about the return policy twice and both times he confidently told me there was a 30 day return policy. Based on that, I trusted him and spent $400 on a king-size bed frame. Big mistake. I picked it up, it was built the SAME DAY, and the second I got onto the bed, it literally broke. Not after weeks or even days. Immediately. That is beyond unacceptable. A $400 bed frame should not collapse instantly. I could have bought something cheaper online that would've lasted longer than a few seconds. When I called the next day to figure out a solution, I was met with attitude right away. Instead of helping, the person on the phone acted like I was the problem. Then I'm suddenly told there is NO 30-day return policy?? I was told to come in and speak with the owner, so I did go in and Tony was there, and the moment I mentioned the bed breaking, his entire attitude changed. He became defensive, rude, and completely unprofessional. Instead of taking accountability, he tried to blame me and say I "built it wrong," which is ridiculous. I wasn't the one who built it, my father was and he even told me that the bed frame looks really flimsy and low quality. The frame was assembled correctly it's just extremely cheap and poorly made. What's even worse is that the "30-day return policy" he sold me on magically turned into a "30-day warranty for parts." That was NEVER explained upfront. That's misleading at best. His solution? For me to email them the broken part so they could replace it. Meaning I'm stuck fixing a brand new, already broken bed myself. Not only that but even if they do get me the same part I'm still going to have to buy better, sturdier, and stronger parts which is going to make the price for this horrible bed frame go up even more. I should not have to put more money into a bed frame I paid $400 for. I sent the email as requested, and it has now been 12 days with absolutely no follow-up, no resolution, nothing. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The products are cheaply made, the customer service is terrible, and the way they handle issues is unacceptable. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values honesty and quality.
