One of Clayton's strongest asset is his communication skills; he kept us informed of potential properties, sometimes even before they hit the market and during the purchase process he kept us updated constantly. We've been working with Clayton for the past few years looking for our perfect retirement retreat and we had a long wish list! For the past several years we RV'ed from the NE to the Phoenix area during the winter but we knew we wanted to buy something permanent. Once we hooked up with Clayton he persevered over three long years and several false starts to find us the perfect (to us) home.
