    I had an ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Beth Jo and her staff…read more It started with a low ball appraisal from an appraiser that they selected, which had very poor reviews (Joseph's Appraisal Group - read their reviews), which I attributed to just wanting a quick sale at my expense. I was allowed to order a separate appraisal, and when it came back almost $50K higher, they would not recognize it, even though they said I could obtain another appraisal if I wanted to pay for it. When I got their appraisal, I discovered that my Ex Wife had trashed the condo, ripped out carpet and flooring, ceiling tiles, electrical outlets, etc., in order to get the price down so that she could purchase cheap. She also let her son move in with his German Shepard. When I asked that Beth Jo bring the issues to the Judge for resolution, she stated "We do not have the authority to instruct either party to make repairs or for the cost of those repairs to be deducted from one parties sale proceeds", and "Our current order does not provide for the removal of any occupants/pets from the property. Ms. xxxxxxx can you provide the reason for the two declined showings? Should future showings get declined and/or the property not be maintained and clean for all showings, we will bring this matter before the court for further direction" So, in her role as Real Estate Commissioner assigned by the Court to resolve issues, she did nothing to resolve the issues that she was hired to resolve. In addition, the low ball appraisal that she obtained failed to include recent sales with higher values, and when I asked her associate Joey Hasselbring to make sure that the next appraisal included those, his response was "The appraiser will use the comparable properties they see fit". Beth Jo and her staff did nothing to resolve the issues that they were hired to resolve, and in obtaining their low ball appraisal they helped my Ex Wife accomplish her objectives, so I don't see why she is allowed to retain the title of Real Estate Commissioner.

However, from 2021 to 2025 they went through four different managers. I would have one person, everything would seem to be going well and then abruptly they'd tell me someone else was being assigned. In 2025, I was again assigned a new manager, Andrea R. and communication significantly declined in comparison to other property managers I had been assigned. Emails would often go unanswered for long periods of time. Everything fell apart during a tenant move-out at the end of 2025. Before the tenant moved out, I provided the original lease and deposit records to Andrea so there would be no confusion. During the scheduled move-out, the assigned manager was unavailable, and the person who performed the move-out inspection took not one photo. I had to step in myself after tenant departure to take move-out condition photos because Fort Lowell staff didn't do it. The departing tenant was instructed to leave the keys unsecured in the mailbox after 5:30pm, which was very concerning because they didn't set up a lockbox for the tenant to securely leave the keys after the inspection. In addition to all of this, they issued a security deposit refund using rents from another unit to the tenant before fully reviewing damages. Keep in mind I held the deposits, but they did not consult me or provide me with the breakdown and obtain my authorization before refunding the money that I should have provided from the deposit account not use rents from another unit's tenant. To make matters completely insanely worse, the refund included money that had already been returned years earlier to a prior co-tenant! After I began formally requesting proper documentation and correction of the accounting, communication became worse. I sent a written notice under the contract giving them nearly a month to fix the issues. The problems were not fully corrected. After I terminated the agreement with proper 30-day notice, communication completely stopped, they did not follow up with me with requested documentation and stopped responding to my other unit's tenant they were still managing in this timeframe. I have still not received the complete documentation or the remaining funds in my owner account. I also later discovered that another tenant had gone six months without a properly executed lease renewal, and I was never informed. As a landlord, you need clear communication, accurate accounting, and proper handling of deposits. In my experience, those basic protections were not consistently in place. In addition, Fort Lowell's team is extremely unprofessional, completely ignoring clients, being condescending, and just displaying levels of incompetence I didn't know could exist. If you're a property owner, I would not recommend you use Fort Lowell. In fact, RUN!

It wasn't my fault his surveyors made the mistakes !!! As a result of Mr Dan unjustly being infuriated at me for his surveyors mistakes he retaliated against my subdivision and purposefully did not write up the water easment into the 2 new legal descriptions of the minor land subdivision he did me so wrong he's caused me financially ruin !!!! If he just would have done the job I asked him to do right I would have been able to sell my property back in January of 2022 since that time till now I am unable to sell my property and my realtor told me that Miller Land Surveying was supposed to write up the water easment along with both the 2 new legal descriptions and shes perplexed as to why Mr Dan did not ! This company screwed me and caused me great financial ruin I told the owner of the company exactly wat I wanted to split my 9.7 acre lot and to make the rear east back end into a 4.365 lot because I was selling that lot with the house on it!!! I explained to him that the well was on the west front end and that the well was on that side so I told him to document that the private well was to be a shared well for both the front west and rear east lot's so that I could sell the rear 4.365 lot with my house on that lot and he new wat I wanted because I explained this to him !!! He cheated me and really cause me financial ruin because he did not make out the water well easment on the legal descriptions till now I'm unable to sell my lot and house as a result of this company failing to do the water easment and I don't have money to go pay another surveyor 2000 dollars more to do the water easment just because MILLER LAND SURVEYOR SCREWED UP AND FAILED TO MAKE ME THE WATER EASMENT !!!!

    So the positive. The house we rented was huge for the rent price. The location was amazing. For…read morethis, I will give two stars. That's all the positives. First, our microwave had no microwave plate. We brought this up, Antoinette told us the appliance company no longer makes them. We believed her and bought a microwave to sit on the counter. A few months later (after some other issues had occurred) we were curious about this and looked it up.... We literally found the microwave plate on Amazon for $15. they really out zero effort into finding it, but at the time we thought 'hey, no big deal! It's one small thing.' Then we found the toilet upstairs had a leak. We asked them to come fix it, which they did, and when we asked about mold........ they brought us a handmade vinegar solution to spray anywhere we thought would be moldy..... omg. Then our dish washer went out, we waited (I kid you not) 4 months to get a new one. I'm a patient person and would not have minded waiting so long (due to covid) if ANYONE from Rosetti management COMMUNICATED with us what was happening. Instead, we had to reach out constantly for updates and we literally never got one, Antoinette always made me feel like a bother for trying to figure out why -after four months - am I still hand washing dishes? Then we finally did get the new dishwasher and the appliance company BROKE it upon installation! I immediately brought this up to Rosetti management right after applicable co left and it still took three extra weeks for them to return... surprise surprise they had to put in a whole new dishwasher. Our air conditioning went out twice and both times it took more than a day to send someone out. The second time, they decided they had to replace the entire air conditioning unit!! We were super excited about that, but had to wait 3 days for the entire process. Finally we have the new air conditioning unit, and then the part that is inside (where all the vents go) started LEAKING. Onto our floor!! And through the floorboards!! I called on a Friday afternoon just before the office closed and told them 'hey the inside air unit is leaking so much, it's spilling through the floorboards' they said they would send someone on Saturday... no one ever came. Never. The unit stopped leaking and they obviously didn't care about their property enough to come check it out, so we never brought it up again. We had termites building tunnels out of the ceiling, which they did come and 'look at' but they literally just knocked the tunnels down and didn't even fill in the holes or anything. The caulk on the tub in my shower kept separating and it felt like their was an air bubble under the bathtub, like literally felt like it was going to fall through the ceiling. The tiles in the shower fell off the wall. The maintenance guy came out twice and recaulked but idk what he used, neither time worked. I could go on and on, but I believe I've made enough points. If you want cheap, this is the company to use. But you're paying for it in the long run!

I even show him the video and he lied about blinds that I damaged it I showed him the inspect report that the blinds was bad before I move in and I never use it I use curtains on the day I take a look at the apt with him and I even had conversation with him about blinds and he said I can just pull up and leave there.. what a crook.. he charge me for that. in the past Antonette let two men into my house with out let me know ( since I am deaf and need to be notify ahead of time so I dont get scared plus my cat) she had them came in while I was sleeping and then I saw on security video and I called lawyer to demand them to let me know ahead and not let them or anyone in my house without me know (accommodated ) she even hung up on police when I made the report on her.. they dont repair things to the core they bandaid the repair and often had to get them fix over and over. twice or three times pipe broke by my side and had to dig hole and "bandaid fix " half of my apt have no electricity and takes forever to fix and the tub and toilet was overflowed with upstairs poops on to my floor and into my bedrooms. Tony brought a soap to wash all my towels and not accommodate to like half price off rent because this was ongoing problem and he is very cheap guy I told him no I do not use that kind of cheap soap also mold on closet ceiling from a leaking from upstairs their heater broke and came through to my bedroom and had to make hole and fixed and there was mold in it and they dont take really good care of it I had to fight them to get a new three new AC because the old one was not working good and my home was hot and not cool and then finally they got me three new ac I even called the housing and they told me and give me a list what to watch for and they almost failed that I could call and they can get him in alot of trouble and fine him big time they want to replace a broken microwave to a dirty used microwave that I told antoinette no ! I do not want dirty and used microwave get a new one and match the kitchen. the one they planning to put is black and all the kitchen appliance is white! alot of ants and bugs and they said I have to take care of it not them! I even had a rat in my apt at first antoinette dont believe me until I send her a video the dishwasher was full of mold they had fake windows and half real windows that is not safe because they can break in I even was able to put my hands through to outside from inside. that s a not well seal and alot of drafts coming in and out alot of homeless around and alot of thieves around I had some of my stuff stolen and my car was broke in in their parking lot right in front of my home. they dont give a shit about it the homeless and thieves looked through my windows they rented a alot of people who have a a long list of criminal background in this four-plex apt and its not safe for us and rent to a family of 5 or 6 in a two bedroom apt the email from Tony was meant to send to Antonette but Antonette some how attached its thread to me and Tony talks trash about me and I confronted him and he deny it until I forward to him one of their people let the door wide open and my cat got out very careless people they intended to raise rent every year and even during covid which they knew they are not supposed to but they did until I asked them to have the rent stay the same due to covid and they did after I had to ask I admit its a cute unit to live in but it would be much better if they really fix up especially it is near downtown and Roosevelt/7th ave area is very nice place to live if they really care about the place and their tenants I treat this home as if it was mine... they dont care about their tenants all they care about is money. they charge me for refrigeration and I had to pay for laundry on the premise I feel I shouldn't because I pay rent it should come included even refrigeration! greedy people! I could go on and on but I have made enough points I recommend you to avoid this agency and spread spread about those people they need to be stop I would love to see all of us made a pettion to stop them from running this agency
