He also went above and beyond to ensure our certified pre-approval letter was issued quickly so we could start making offers on homes without delay. One thing I particularly appreciated was the financial analysis Jeremy provided, which clearly outlined different mortgage scenarios based on various down payment amounts. This made it much easier to evaluate our options and make informed financial decisions. We also worked with Nadine on the loan processing side, and she made the entire process incredibly smooth and streamlined. Communication was excellent, and everything stayed on track, which made closing on our new home incredibly easy. I had an ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Beth Jo and her staff…read more It started with a low ball appraisal from an appraiser that they selected, which had very poor reviews (Joseph's Appraisal Group - read their reviews), which I attributed to just wanting a quick sale at my expense. I was allowed to order a separate appraisal, and when it came back almost $50K higher, they would not recognize it, even though they said I could obtain another appraisal if I wanted to pay for it. When I got their appraisal, I discovered that my Ex Wife had trashed the condo, ripped out carpet and flooring, ceiling tiles, electrical outlets, etc., in order to get the price down so that she could purchase cheap. She also let her son move in with his German Shepard. When I asked that Beth Jo bring the issues to the Judge for resolution, she stated "We do not have the authority to instruct either party to make repairs or for the cost of those repairs to be deducted from one parties sale proceeds", and "Our current order does not provide for the removal of any occupants/pets from the property. Ms. xxxxxxx can you provide the reason for the two declined showings? Should future showings get declined and/or the property not be maintained and clean for all showings, we will bring this matter before the court for further direction" So, in her role as Real Estate Commissioner assigned by the Court to resolve issues, she did nothing to resolve the issues that she was hired to resolve. In addition, the low ball appraisal that she obtained failed to include recent sales with higher values, and when I asked her associate Joey Hasselbring to make sure that the next appraisal included those, his response was "The appraiser will use the comparable properties they see fit". Beth Jo and her staff did nothing to resolve the issues that they were hired to resolve, and in obtaining their low ball appraisal they helped my Ex Wife accomplish her objectives, so I don't see why she is allowed to retain the title of Real Estate Commissioner.

STAY AWAY -- Worst Management Experience I've Ever Had…read more I rented at the 7th Street Villas for a short time, and the management team was by far the worst I've ever dealt with. They changed property management so frequently that it was nearly impossible to keep track of who was even responsible for the property. I was told my townhouse would be move-in ready, and it absolutely was not. I asked them to fill a large hole in the backyard--a real safety hazard with a toddler who couldn't even play outside--and they flat-out refused to fix it. The property managers were essentially nonexistent. No one ever came to check on the property, so residents did whatever they wanted, whenever they wanted. The only communication I received was a series of empty threat letters. The community was consistently dirty because there was no real management presence to maintain it. The move-out charges were outrageous. They billed me $1,634 for a paint job--for comparison, when I lived in San Diego, I was charged $200 for paint. They also charged me for a broken lock that was already broken when I moved in and that they never bothered to fix. It got so bad that I nearly had to sue them for breach of contract. Please, by any means necessary, stay away from this company and their properties. Save yourself the stress, the wasted money, and the headache.

She's reliable, attentive, customer-oriented, and trustworthy--exactly what you want if you're not able to keep an eye on your rental property yourself. She's been managing a 3 bed 2 bath in Laveen for me since last August, and she worked us through bringing on a first renter, giving the house a facelift (paint, landscaping, professional photoshoot), and lots of other fixups (A/C, window screens, broken dryer, garage door, leaking sink, HOA things). I was notified, things were taken care of, and I didn't have to do anything other than weigh in on a couple important decisions. I've really appreciated that, when problems arose with the property, she communicated them to me promptly, clearly, and with a plan of action already in motion unless it needed my authorization. It's wonderful to be able to trust someone and have an agent that is taking care of your business for you. I highly recommend working with Allyssia!

Kaila Videla is the new property manager for my rental home managed by Fort Lowell Realty. She is…read morethe 3rd PM in three years, effective July 2026. She immediately "sprung into action" by asserting her authority, harassing and blaming the tenant for decisions that were made by the former property manager. I've had an open dialogue with the home owner and the former PM about my financial difficulties. The owner and former PM had graciously made concessions to work with me and had verbally and in writing agreed to waive the 5-day notice fee and late fees. They're aware I'm a domestic violence survivor. Additionally, the former PM did not enforce or collect the late fees for months. This pattern of failing to enforce the fees created a waiver or modified acceptance of the lease. I understand it was an inconvenience to the owner and the PM, but I was grateful for the assistance. All parties involved are aware that this is the rental home I moved to, post-divorce after my ex-husband had me removed from our marital home in an illegal manner. The threat of homelessness is a very real and terrifying repercussion that most survivors have had to endure while married and after. I'm working hard to build my life back up, but the process can be slow. I explained to Kaila Videla that she could not enforce and retroactively charge the late fees and that going forward she would have to enforce the terms of the lease regarding fees. I'm also a licensed realtor and am familiar with the Landlord Tenant Act as all realtors who work in property management should be. I tried to communicate in writing, verbally and via text to Kaila Videla. She was callous, uncaring and adamant in her pursuit to collect fees. It was unusual and appeared to be a personal vendetta for her, for whatever reason. I asked to speak to Fort Lowell's attorneys because I was going to communicate and share all of the text messages and emails the owner and former PM had sent. As a compromise, I asked Kaila to take the fees from my $2,400 security deposit because I needed her to cease harassing me with actions that I knew were unlawful. She then turned off my ability to pay the remainder of July's rent. Then I couldn't pay August rent. I attempted to communicate with her and work something out. By the end of August, the owner had waited over 50 days for a rent payment. Then I received a complaint from the courts with a court date within the next 3 business days. Kaila, Fort Lowell and their attorneys had combined 12 months of late fees, past due rent, attorney's fees, court fees for a sum of around $6,700 and more. That did not include September's rent which was quickly becoming due in days. I was in a state of panic and had no choice, but to retain an attorney. He looked at the complaint and immediately questioned the $6,700 in charges. "How much is your rent?" I told him that was a sum including retroactive late charges. It took 30 seconds before he said, "They're trying to be sneaky, this judge caps late fees at $300." Fort Lowell was trying to charge me almost 6x that amount in fees. I was so grateful for my attorney, but Fort Lowell, Kaila and their attorneys still pressed me to compromise. I just needed it to be over. I was so stressed out, the thought of homeless, I was scared for me and my two dogs. My lease is up 11/30/26. They tried to get me to agree to vacate 9/30, giving me less than 30 days to find a new place and move in a frenzy. I compromised by agreeing to move by 10/31/26 only because I was intimidated and my nervous system could not withstand much more. In the end, I paid Fort Lowell zero dollars in late fees. The homeowner had to wait over 60 days for a rent payment. I'm not sure how he continues to have faith in their services. I was penalized by having to vacate the lease early because of the actions and decisions of their employees. Taking me to court was nothing more than an exercise in more trauma initiated by Kaila Videla. Kaila is a newly licensed realtor. I would tread lightly and strongly caution against appearing biased or discriminatory. I still do not understand her relentless pursuit of the late fees, but I do take pause being that I am a woman of color. As a licensed realtor we are held at a higher standard. Perhaps brush up with another fair housing course, Kaila. Statistically, most domestic violence survivors lack family support and resources. That is my situation, also. I'm grateful for my attorney and hope we have all learned something.

As a result of Mr Dan unjustly being infuriated at me for his surveyors mistakes he retaliated against my subdivision and purposefully did not write up the water easment into the 2 new legal descriptions of the minor land subdivision he did me so wrong he's caused me financially ruin !!!! If he just would have done the job I asked him to do right I would have been able to sell my property back in January of 2022 since that time till now I am unable to sell my property and my realtor told me that Miller Land Surveying was supposed to write up the water easment along with both the 2 new legal descriptions and shes perplexed as to why Mr Dan did not ! This company screwed me and caused me great financial ruin I told the owner of the company exactly wat I wanted to split my 9.7 acre lot and to make the rear east back end into a 4.365 lot because I was selling that lot with the house on it!!! He cheated me and really cause me financial ruin because he did not make out the water well easment on the legal descriptions till now I'm unable to sell my lot and house as a result of this company failing to do the water easment and I don't have money to go pay another surveyor 2000 dollars more to do the water easment just because MILLER LAND SURVEYOR SCREWED UP AND FAILED TO MAKE ME THE WATER EASMENT !!!!

First, our microwave had no microwave plate. We brought this up, Antoinette told us the appliance company no longer makes them. We believed her and bought a microwave to sit on the counter. A few months later (after some other issues had occurred) we were curious about this and looked it up.... We literally found the microwave plate on Amazon for $15. they really out zero effort into finding it, but at the time we thought 'hey, no big deal! It's one small thing.' Then we found the toilet upstairs had a leak. We asked them to come fix it, which they did, and when we asked about mold........ they brought us a handmade vinegar solution to spray anywhere we thought would be moldy..... omg. Then our dish washer went out, we waited (I kid you not) 4 months to get a new one. I'm a patient person and would not have minded waiting so long (due to covid) if ANYONE from Rosetti management COMMUNICATED with us what was happening. Instead, we had to reach out constantly for updates and we literally never got one, Antoinette always made me feel like a bother for trying to figure out why -after four months - am I still hand washing dishes? Then we finally did get the new dishwasher and the appliance company BROKE it upon installation! I immediately brought this up to Rosetti management right after applicable co left and it still took three extra weeks for them to return... surprise surprise they had to put in a whole new dishwasher. Our air conditioning went out twice and both times it took more than a day to send someone out. The second time, they decided they had to replace the entire air conditioning unit!! We were super excited about that, but had to wait 3 days for the entire process. Finally we have the new air conditioning unit, and then the part that is inside (where all the vents go) started LEAKING. Onto our floor!! And through the floorboards!! I called on a Friday afternoon just before the office closed and told them 'hey the inside air unit is leaking so much, it's spilling through the floorboards' they said they would send someone on Saturday... no one ever came. Never. The unit stopped leaking and they obviously didn't care about their property enough to come check it out, so we never brought it up again. We had termites building tunnels out of the ceiling, which they did come and 'look at' but they literally just knocked the tunnels down and didn't even fill in the holes or anything. The caulk on the tub in my shower kept separating and it felt like their was an air bubble under the bathtub, like literally felt like it was going to fall through the ceiling. The tiles in the shower fell off the wall. The maintenance guy came out twice and recaulked but idk what he used, neither time worked. I could go on and on, but I believe I've made enough points. If you want cheap, this is the company to use. But you're paying for it in the long run!

Tony brought a soap to wash all my towels and not accommodate to like half price off rent because this was ongoing problem and he is very cheap guy I told him no I do not use that kind of cheap soap also mold on closet ceiling from a leaking from upstairs their heater broke and came through to my bedroom and had to make hole and fixed and there was mold in it and they dont take really good care of it I had to fight them to get a new three new AC because the old one was not working good and my home was hot and not cool and then finally they got me three new ac I even called the housing and they told me and give me a list what to watch for and they almost failed that I could call and they can get him in alot of trouble and fine him big time they want to replace a broken microwave to a dirty used microwave that I told antoinette no !
