Made it hard to communicate with the techs especially since they were wearing masks. 2) One of the guys was treating me like I was an idiot because I didn't know how to pop my hood (new car), or what my tire pressure should be. Isn't that his job to know my pressure? I know it's on my door but I couldn't get to it because of the tightness of their garage. So really - more like a 3.5. I'll go back but pre-buy next time for the lower price. And hey - if you guys read this - change or turn down your music when you have a customer.

They finished up and I'm on my way. **The manager, Byron, was professional, smart, courteous and found a great solution for my dilemma. I called ahead and was quickly greeted by a nice guy who told me to bring my car in and the team will take a look at it.
