The staff stayed open on a Saturday after hours as my daughter watched 3 puppies try to win her heart. Finally as 2 pups walked away & the 3rd laid down she made 1more call for them to come. Sgt. Pepper got up & came over. He had chosen her! They gave us all kinds or help in preparing us in taking the dog back to our cottage. Told us where to go to get food & a collar, since we really were not prepared for a puppy. They went over & above the call that day to place a dog in a good home.

I started crying and there were other customers there that witnessed this. She will tell you to call back in two weeks and we'll get your animal in. Not True!! They will tell you what time to pick them up after surgery and they won't be ready for pickup. Ask the lady from Gaylord that drove all the way there only to find out that she couldn't pick up her car at the time they told her. She said that she drove all the way from Gaylord and this was the second time that this has happened and will be the last! She has cut her white shaw collar, the body is hacked and all the under coat is gone. The dog looks like a beginner did this.... i was told it was 60.00. I walk out with a 90.00 grooming bill. I explained to her this dog was just groomed two weeks ago. There was no reason. To cut and hack this dogs coat. This will take months to grow out....she has apparently never taken care of a sheltie before. Let alone the over charge. Very Bad Job ...she got carried away and did an awful job! Will never go there again... Kat the groomer did not listen to anything I said. Enjoy the 90.00. Because it was a shit job and you over charged. I asked before I left how much.
