I had no idea a veterinarian experience could be so warm and welcoming. They treated us like family all the way to unfortunately the end of my dog Chico's life at 17 and a half years old. They were so compassionate and honest throughout the last years of Chico's life. I'm sure he lived longer because of the amazing care and personal treatment given to us. My dog was previously misdiagnosed and this vet, Dr. Smith, correctly diagnosed her. It was sad news that he delivered to me. He stayed over an hour after closing time to give my daughter a chance to drive up and say her final good-bye to my sweet girl. It was clear to me that the doctor was as sad as I was and agreed with me that her kidney failure could not be reversed. It was a tough decision to put her down but his warm and compassionate, Christian way made it a beautiful passing instead of tragic.

I spoke with Tara who took all the information about the kitten and said she would have to check to see if any one could see her. She would call me back. Well needless to say I never received a phone call. Even to say "Sorry we cant see the kitten". Now I ask you, is this any way to run a business let alone a veterinary clinic. This certainly made me think about whether I want my rescue and my personal pets to continue going there.

This happened multiple times and when I would it would cost hundreds of dollars and they would tell me it was minor issues the vet could have handled. When I was concerned about my dogs cough because he seemed to have kennel cough, they told me he didn't have the virus and that he had a heart problem and needed to be see right away but they told me to either take him somewhere else more specifically the ER or I would lose my dog. They told me my dog would die if I couldn't afford to take him in to an emergency room which costed me 400 dollars last time (also was told by those doctors it was a minor issue that could have been treated by my own vet). When they told me my dog would DIE I was in tears and started having a full blown anxiety attack but when I called a different vet they told me it wasn't as serious and they made an appointment for the next week. This has happened on 2-3 occasions and my dog is 2 1/2 years old. The customer service has always been negative and I can't even believe what they have put me and my dog through financially and emotionally. ALL I DID WAS HANG UP ON THEM WHEN I STARTED GETTING AN ANXIERT ATTACK- Now they treat me like a criminal and tell me to contact them through a lawyers because they gave me an unnecessary anxiety attack about my dog. I don't recommend this at all. If you have an emergency with your dog they don't carve out appointment times for that so they will always refer you somewhere else that's been my experience 100 percent.
