They could have easily taken advantage of that like others might have but they were 100% honest with me from the start with her prognosis. They could have suggested all kinds of tests and treatments and I would have payed for them all without question. My cat hurt her leg and they tried to push bloodwork and double-charge us for the sedation for her…read morex-ray. They were not transparent about giving her a "lighter dose" because she's "a bit of an older cat" and tried to charge me an extra $100+ after the first dose "didn't work." This is after I said no to all the extra stuff they wanted to do, which brought the total cost from $842 to $522. I had to drive an hour both ways for this. To those concerned, no, I did not pay them all of that, I was able to get her some pain meds and left without an x-ray or some stupid extra dose of meds. Still cost $265 but at least they get less of our money. There was no belligerence, no unkindness, just some subtle shifty stuff that aligns perfectly with a lot of the reviews I'm now reading.

They made him so comfortable while we decided on what to do, when we made phone calls, etc. They help us put him to rest following discussions and a time to say our good byes. They wrapped him pretty and were very discreet, respectful, and attentive about everything. Love this place for that.

Our cat was declining in health. We were able to meet e vet snd drop off for care. When we picked up the cat the vet was not present. We had yo request someone to go over the chart with us. This was in no November. I called yesterday for help. Again very snarky. I was actually referred to go see a vet at a animal hospital to assist in s passing. No referral names were given. We found a new vet. Thank goodness.
