Nothing fancy, just shaved. Immediately and with no greeting, I was told they have a month long wait to get in, and they don't shave double coated dogs. I explained that she has been shaved her whole life and no one has ever had an issue. It's actually easy- they just shave off all her hair with a #1 setting on the shaver. My dog is sweet and easy dog to groom. I guess they didn't think she was worth their time. I'm happy to take my business elsewhere- especially after reading other negative reviews about how filthy the place is, and how rude they are. I have to agree on the rudeness, as they never responded to me after I sent pics of my dog and said she normally gets shaved every month, and I'm just here for a few months and that's why I called them. I have no problem paying top dollar somewhere else where my money is appreciated. I guess they just make too much money here, lol!

These folks now run the show and if you are not among the rich and famous, your pet is going to suffer greatly. Monetarily, I am not flush for funds, sorry about that, but should my pet now suffer the ravages of this deep pocket atmosphere? Maybe we can develope a Medicaid club for pets? If there is anyone out there who may add funds to a pet's care, let us know. Ray, is suffering and this vet has turned a deaf ear to his needs until I come up with at least $995 - $1200 for possible care.
