Although I stayed in the back I eavesdropped often to see how my niece was doing. Jocelynn is amazing with her young students. She engages with them in a way that they all seem to really enjoy; she jokes, she tells stories, she listens to them. In the middle of class she gives them a small break and does an art history lesson. I think it's wonderful that students get to see works of great artists. They talk about and discuss the work of the artist being discussed while eating a snack. She sells art supplies in her studio at a fraction of the price you'd get at the store, and she didn't push me to buy. As a matter of fact I really wanted to buy supplies and she told me to hold off until my niece was sure she wanted to stick with it and was comfortable. My niece had a good experience. Although she's an amazing self-taught artist Jocelynn taught her the correct way to use pencils and how that she should draw what she sees not what's in her head. There was a little bit of a back and forth with my niece insisting that she was doing it the right way but I'm telling you Jocelynn has the patience of Job. And I'm sure she's used to dealing with artists who are stuck in their ways (even if they are only 9 years old). But all in all she enjoyed the class. Jocelynn gave her individual attention (I don't know how but all of the students received one on one time with her). Watching and listening to Jocelynn and my niece in class confirmed that getting her into an art class is the right decision because it has to be easier to develop good habits as an artist now than later.

My Studio LLC, 605 White Horse Pike, Haddon Twp, NJ is the studio of Jocelynn Tice. Jocelynn is a…read moregifted pastel artist and instructor and an award-winning artist. I've had the privilege of studying with Jocelynn for 4 years and have learned a great deal from her. She is an experienced oil artist and sculptor and uses her many talents to instruct students in a variety of mediums in every class. I began instruction with Jocelynn as an adult learner, kids out of the house, and my only experience was drawing with a No. 2 pencil. Jocelynn has taught me how to see, how to draw, to work with values, with dark and light. She has taught me color theory, and how to use it in a composition. I have learned to work in charcoal and chalk, oils, and pastel pencils. Jocelynn is very reasonably priced, making classes very accessible and enabling me to afford to take two and sometimes three two-hour class per week. My Studio LLC has been a real find for me! Please treat yourself to a visit to Jocelynn's artist and school web pages. Jocelynn's work is available to view and student work is available on the school site. I made the catastrophic error of giving this shop a second chance. A mistake I will not be…read morerepeating, and one I hope to save others from making. The First Offense: The Nissan 9.8HP In early March, I brought them my new to me Nissan outboard with two clear issues: it was running rough and, most critically, leaking oil. My one request: please have it ready by the beginning of April, as my boat goes in the water at month's end. "No problem," they said. "Two weeks tops." April arrived. I called. The response: "Oh yeah, I'll look at it next week." I called again. "I'm waiting for a part." As the end of April loomed, I was finally given their real policy: "We don't look at the small outboards until last." After 45 days of needless hounding on my part, I got my engine back, $450 lighter. It ran well... but the oil leak was still there. The primary reason I brought it in was never addressed. The Unforgivable Second Chance: The Tohatsu 4HP Foolishly, I assumed the first experience was a fluke. I brought them a second engine, a Tohatsu 4HP, for an overheating issue and a faulty gear shifter. Three weeks go by. I didn't need it immediately, so I wasn't in a rush. Then, I received five separate calls pressuring me to come pick it up and pay. The irony is astounding: they have no qualms about making a customer wait for weeks, but they demand their money the instant they are ready. I paid nearly $200, took it home, and discovered it was in worse shape than when I dropped it off. The gear shifter won't engage reverse at all--and the engine won't even start. My fault for not testing it on the spot, but their fault for performing absolutely zero quality control on their "repair." The Verdict: I have learned my lesson. This shop is the definition of incompetence and poor customer service. They are masters of delay, excuses, and taking money for work either left undone or done incorrectly. Save your time, your money, and your sanity. Stay well clear of this place. I would have gotten more value from lighting my cash on fire--at least that would have provided a few moments of warmth. Pros: None. Cons: Incompetent mechanics, abysmal communication, zero accountability, and a blatant disregard for their customers' time and property.

My family was making the move from New…read moreJersey to Orange County area, and we were anxious about how we're going to gather all our belongings in a safe, timely manner. I was referred to by a family friend and I couldn't be more content. They responded promptly to a competitive quote compared to other movers (I had quotes from dozens of other movers and Kerb was swift and considerate when providing his competitive quote). No one could beat it! They showed up promptly to our house and greeted us with a genuine smile. It's hard to find movers that are genuine - most of them just want to get the deed done, get paid, and move along with their day. What really stood them apart is how they made conversation with us, asked us what EXACTLY we needed from them to make this experience seamless for us, and their overall process. They even provided special bins and create for our valuables! Not only that, but a lot of bubble wrap and blankets to wrap around. That's what my mother was most afraid of... she didn't want any damages to her valuable belongings, so the fact that they were able to provide these special bins without us asking made us very grateful. Overall, I'm satisfied of choosing this company. The movers were considerate and professional at all times. And the best, most important part of the whole process? The items were all undamaged and arrived on time. It was a great experience and I'm glad I chose them! Communication throughout the whole process was smooth, from the initial quote, payment, to the final move. Thank you for all the help!

The office was a pleasure to deal with. While there was a bit of a misunderstanding as to the pickup date, they were able to reschedule me. I am so appreciative of the service Kerb provided me! Definitely recommend!!!
