It now is a mushy, flour and corn starch laden mush of a soup, not as I remembered. For the prices charged, the product should be unparalleled and instead, is meh.

Because small or "baby" artichokes generally do not have the fuzzy, inedible choke. Absolutely delicious and perhaps I should not post that secret here as they may be harder and harder to find! Plenty of parking and the staff is always friendly too.
