First of all you have to get a LARGE lemonade or fruit punch, it's CRACKKK! Place isn't appealing on the outside but the food is on point! Grits are super buttery, prices are very reasonable. You can call your order in for pick up which is very Convient. Its across from the elementary, the GPS took me to the corner store a block away. I Highly recommend. If your a heavy eater you may need 2 plates, it's a decent amount of food if your a moderate eater and get full from drinking while u eat.

Awesome food

Absolutely the best meal we have had in quite a while! We…read moresat at the bar, had great friendly service and good cold beer. We started with potato skins, a special, they were huge, hot and delicious. We split the shrimp risotto with mushrooms in a Alfredo sauce, plenty for 2, the shrimp was perfectly cooked and the dish served hot! The only improvement I can suggest would be crisp up the garlic bread that was served on the side. Do not miss this spot in Key Largo

We ate inside (Floridians like us know better than to expose ourselves to the heat and No See Um's outside at dusk). We thoroughly enjoyed the inside ambiance. Well done. The spacious patio out back did also actually look nice. I wanted to give this 5 stars but my husband was not impressed by the taste (or lack thereof) of his bacon burger so I had to take away a star. I had a delicious Woodrow Chicken sandwich piled high with their signature onions and bbq sauce. When they brought it out, I wondered how I could possibly get the huge thing into my mouth. It was enormous (see photo) and tasty. I cut it in half and ate leftovers the next day. Service was good except our waitress did seem to struggle a bit. She either could not hear us or did not understand us (language issue?). At least she kept asking us until she understood. I do appreciate that. We were skeptical but our order came out right, yippee! We even splurged by getting dessert. Can't pass up chocolate cake when it appears on the menu (rarely). It was a beautiful presentation (see photo)! Next time you are in Key Largo, give these folks a try. You won't be disappointed.

Lots of outdoor seating and plenty inside too. Pro tip- wear long pants and bring a light long sleeve top. I get eaten up by mosquitos every time. It's a fun, chill atmosphere. Food: only reason I took a star off is the price has gotten very expensive. 2 entrees, 1 app, 1 mocktail was about $150. The fish dip was sooo good!!!, but again, pricy at $20. I got the fried coconut shrimp basket which comes with a few hush puppies that are pretty large in size and french fries. The taste for all of it was very good. My husband got hog fish w/ rice and veg medley and it was good, he loved the rice, but again pricy at mid $40's. All in all, this is always a great place to come!

We settled on conch fritters and simple cheeseburger. Burger was $21.00 and was just so-so. Conch fritters were $19.00 but they were excellent. Large portion and actually had conch inside, not just breading. We like to sit at the bar and enjoy the music but it was honestly too rowdy of a band for a 6 pm family crowd. We heard one family ask to be seated inside because the music was too loud. Whatever happened to the nice Island vibe for your music? Bring back some acoustic musicians please.. Tip: Happy hour domestic drafts were $4.50

Came here for the last night of my friend's bachelorette trip and this was our favorite restaurant…read moreon the trip!! The restaurant is moody, trendy, and modern. I ordered the triple tail fish, which was delicious. Our waitress, Rebecca was super knowledgeable of the history of the restaurant, celebrity chef - Jeremy ford, nice and, personable. One thing is we ordered wine and it may have been some miscommunication but we ordered the cheapest one which was $40 to split but then when I looked at the receipt once I got home it was $70. It was our mistake for not catching that while there, and we called and talked with her and the manager and it sounded like miscommunication, which was unfortunate because I was sure I ordered the $40 one. Overall, had a great experience and the food is amazing!!

We ended up coming here for our anniversary dinner as we got married at Hawks Cay. I was told…read morethey're going up for a Michelin star soon. The interior is very nicely done with a good atmosphere. Not many people at all even though I was told it was booked out. More than 80% of the restaurant was empty. To start we got the Brioche rolls and the truffle potatoes. The rolls were very good with the honey butter definitely recommend. The potatoes are a bit hit or miss as it's not coated well so you'll get some pieces that taste great and some that are just plain potato. Definitely think they should toss these a bit better or add more sauce as they become quite dry. The pieces that are coated do have a good flavor. Before our appetizers we also got a "Margarita" pizza. I say "Margarita" because I would equate this more to just a cheese pizza. It's quite greasy and has some flop to it. It definitely was a decent pizza just think they need to lighten up on the cheese, add a bit more basil, and add some tomato. For our meals my wife got the Cacio E Pepe and I got the 72 hour beef burger with egg and truffle. She said the pasta was okay but nothing special the actual pasta was not typical Cacio e Pepe. She wouldn't recommend it. The burger for me was the breaking point. I actually had really high hopes for this as it seemed like a highlight of their menu. I added the black truffle and egg which was a $18 up charge as well. Upon getting the burger it actually looked pretty good. The fries were a bit cold but wasn't a big deal as we already had a ton of carbs. I cut the burger in half to check the cross section and upon doing so it immediately started falling apart. I noticed it had some stringy beef almost like braised beef on it. Apparently it was "beef bacon" but to us it looked like braised beef. Nevertheless even though I'm not a fan of braised beef I tried to give the burger a chance but it really wasn't good. The bun I assume was a potato roll and because of all the toppings the bottom was essentially disintegrated and falling apart since it was soaked. Being called a beef bacon smash burger I expected 1-2 patties and some crispy bacon definitely not what I received. I also expected with paying extra to atleast have a couple truffle shavings on it. The taste of truffle was so light I'd say it was barely even there. Service wise it was not the worst nor the best. Usually when we go to higher end places or places aiming for a star we'd expect perfect service. We had to ask for refills on multiple occasions, we don't drink alcohol so we just needed a refill of their soda from the fountain which isn't that hard. So definitely not as on point as it could be. All in all I think for being in the keys this is a good place that has some improvements to make. I don't think they're Michelin star ready as of yet but with some adjustments I definitely think they could be on their way.

Not only was he very apologetic, he seemed like he actually cared about making the situation right. After inquiring a bit more about the service that night he graciously invited me back for another meal. I understand mistakes happens so it's truly about how they're taken care of after the fact. In this case, it was handled well. I decided to come for brunch this time & overall, it was a really good meal. They weren't super busy but service was good. Our appetizers, drinks & meals all came out in a timely manner. For the most part, everything was right but one of the hash brown sides came out cold (it was quickly swapped for fresh ones). My chicken & waffles were delicious. I especially liked how freshly breaded/fried the chicken was. There was a misunderstanding when it came to ordering our drinks, however. I ordered one that should've came iced but got the other coffee beverage which is served warm. When I brought it up to the waiter he was adamant that it's what I ordered & how it's served. After I questioned it once more, he stuck to that, so I kept the drink. Thankfully, it tasted really good & was poured well but it wasn't what I ordered. It was just a bit off putting that he said it was. He said he'd take the drinks off but this was after we went back & forth about it. This isn't a make or break situation for me but he was set in his ways. As a server, you need to be as adaptive as possible, even if you believe you're right. I'm super thankful to have been invited back because it was a nice meal, as I expected. I'm glad I can now tell people to try them out in good conscience. If you're looking for some delicious food, tasty drinks & good service then you should stop by. They have something for everyone & their staff does a solid job.
